Horrible experience and will never again get a vehicle from there! We purchased a vehicle and not even 4 days later part of the motor blew. They want us to pay in full for the work to fix it. We also waited over 2 hours for a rental car that the sales manager said was there. Turns out it was never there and a sales man felt bad for how long we were waiting and ending up giving us keys to a car to use. For being a well known dealership, you would think they would have better customer service and stand by their cars and take responsibility for selling crap cars.

Leased my second f150 from matthews ford. The transaction went very smooth. They stuck to the payment that was quoted to me over the phone and put the bed liner in that was owed to me in a timely manner. Mike Mullens did a great job locating a truck for me and closing the deal.

Sales experience was ok, but once they've made the sale, good luck trying to get a hold of them. I needed a spare key made, since when I bought my new F-150 they couldn't find it. Took me several phone calls and two trips in before they ordered it and once it was in they never contacted me to let me know. So I called them, went in to get the key programmed and after an hour wait they hand me the key, I try to unlock the truck, doesn't work. So I wait another half hour to see if they can figure the problem out and they tell me they ordered the wrong key. So I wasted over an hour of my time and the problem wasn't resolved. Service and customer care is poor. Other area Ford dealers are much better, will not go back.

I bought a 07 Pontiac G6 in February 2014. Had about 20,000 miles so just a great find in general. Had an awesome experience with the salesman Derek Berg. I previously had a convertible and I loved them but I was sick of the rear wheel drive.. (Crappy winters) So him finding me a front wheel drive convertible was awesome. Great car & great service, very happy so far.
