One of the worst experiences I've EVER had at any automotive place. Including losing my car for most of a day. An inaccurate quote with $1200+ that was never even wrong with the vehicle. Reluctant to return money. Ridiculous.

My husband and I were researching vehicles for a few months and happened upon one at the Kasper dealership in Ohio. We live out of state and knew this was going to be a feat to make it to the dealership with our car to use for a trade-in. Colette reeled us in and we couldn't wait to come see the vehicle! Tyler sent us photos of everything we asked, plus a video (in addition to the one posted in the car's ad).

There was no scheming, price-jacking, wheeling or dealing- just straight-forward communication.

We truly appreciate the time and attention we received. Colette and Tyler corresponded with us via text and email, making the process of buying a vehicle more convenient for us out-of-staters.

Bottom line: Kasper is an honest and thorough dealership.

I know this might sound crazy good, but I promise I was not paid or reimbursed in any way. Not related to the peeps, no affiliation. They are just great people who own and work here. Thanks again.

I was running about 10 minutes late for my service appointment on my car this morning. Worried I might have to reschedule,, but Mike was assured me that everything was fine. They expedited the oil change and inspection of my vehicle way faster than I anticipated.
Mike went over with me what needed to be done before winter to insure a safe driving experience during those hazardous months. Let me know about special promotions that would be coming and to look out for them.
Nitta has also been a great customer service representative for this Kasper dealership as I have been helped by her in the past couple of years. Thank you for taking such good care of my vehicle especially those who are behind in the garage area.

The customer service was above and beyond expectation. The guy even helped me push my car out of the storage because I wouldn't be able to have my car picked up til after5pm. If I was to get a new car I would definitely want to deal with them. Awesome team kasper!

Just recently purchased a 2016 GMC Sierra from Kasper GMC in Sandusky and couldn't have been more pleased with my buying experience. I drove over 45 minutes to this dealership, despite the fact I live 5 minutes from another GMC dealership. It was definitely worth the drive and will be recommending anyone interested in a Buick or GMC to Kasper's! I dealt with Mike Owens (sales) and Bart Barna (manager) and both are great car guys.
