We were riding through Xenia shortly after changing a flat tire. Rode down to K & G asking for new tires (mine were 5 years old, one had been punctured). They quickly found the right tires and took care of business while my husband and I ate Mexican food next door. Very friendly, knowledgeable and enthusiastic head salesman. My tube went flat 5 minutes after leaving the store, we called the store and the gentleman drove to where we were stuck to quickly change the tube again (defective tube, apparently), gave me an extra tube for my trouble, and sent us on our way with very little delay. I love this guy and would send anyone to K & G if they were near Xenia. Thanks guys!!!!!!

Very friendly staff. Went looking for new bike tires for my son and myself. Austin was very helpful in finding exactly what we needed for are riding style. Would definitely recommend this business to friends and family.

Several years ago, I took in a bike to get a chain put on it, got back a non-working bike (actually the chain they put on was the wrong size - but obviously they didn't test it before giving it back.) My bad for not testing it when I picked it up. I'm guessing this was a fluke because they generally get good reviews. Best thing about this place was vowing never to return - I found a shop that I really like that has always done a great job.
