  My experience with Xenia, OH UHR has been very good. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this location to anyone needing alternative means of purchase. I never feel like I am being treated any different than a customer paying cash. Very easy people to work with!

  The only reason I gave this company one star is that is the lowest it goes. The "ladies" in the office lied about my father's account after they delivered a non-working washer. And now they are trying to keep his money. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. They are the most unprofessional, crooked people I've ever dealt with. They discussed my father's account all day until I asked when he would receive his money back. Then suddenly they couldn't discuss it. Complaint has been sent to corporate. If it doesn't get resolved the next step is BBB.

  Communication errors by all members of management. Greg can not run a business to save his life. Refuse to work with the individuals at this location and will be doing all my future transactions through corporate.

  They are two face. They make up whatever rules they want. They add money to pocket it. Don't go there. If you send stuff back you still make you pay for it.

  So far UHR has been a very dependable company to deal with ,Josh and his staff are helpful in taking care of my needs.and wants and the company all ways has good inventory.
