  I have been a customer for almost 20 years. Great products and great service. I have to call for technical support from time to time and Doug has always been very helpful and accommodating.

  I have been a long-time customer, and I like to consider myself a bit of an audio file, that may be a bit of an understatement for those who know me, Audio Visions Inc is the dream store for the people who desire a level of commitment, knowledge, expertise and dedication that you will not find in any mass market electronics store. They take a personal touch to the Audio-Visual experience, their sales People like Doug Gravue, who has been my sales men from my first purchase and still is, take the time to make sure whatever product you are purchasing fits your needs, with no regard to if it will make him the most amount of money. Their comment to excellence in every aspect from, unfortunate occurrence when things need warranty issues to upgrading systems or home evaluations and installations, never waivers. The knowledge reservoir they make available for first time or repeating customers is truly extensive. If it’s a simple question about a programable remote or what type of wire to use, or a more complex question of setting up a multi zone system in your home, they will walk you through the process. If they are unsure they will find out the information and promptly get back to you with the needed expertise. The owner of the establishment, Paul is available to help with a multitude of variable options on an extremely wide variety or equipment, and is committed to the personal touch required when you bring an outside entity in to your home to add the extremely personal touch of Home Audio and Visual component to your family. We as communal beings spend large amounts of time enjoying either Audio or Visual experiences, with our loved ones, and the mediums that mark the most important moments or our lives, he and the people of Audio Visions will help you to re-experience theses quintessential moments in Hi Definition Audio and Visual, like you were back in the moment of originality.
  
  You will be truly happy that you took the time to stop in and avoided the Best buy, or other large chain store that could not give you they buying experience you deserved. Plus, you deserve and demand better than those so-called electronics stores.

  I am finally a new home owner and needed guidance to pre-wire my house that I was building. I was recommended by a few people to consult with Audio Visions and I am beyond thrilled that I walked into their store to discuss this with Doug and Paul. I read a number of articles on how to do all of the wiring and setup a new construction house for audio and video. I was completely misguided by my research. If it was not for Doug and his guidance I would not have had the final results that are now one of the most essential parts of my new home. After that they supplied audio, video and Control 4 equipment throughout with the best recommendations while understanding my budget. I hope to work Paul and Doug over the next few years to complete every final detail that we have discussed. My home is more valuable to myself and for resale because of their assistance. I cannot say enough nice words for their special attention to detail and their wealth of knowledge.

  Only place for audio or visual equipment. Salesman, Doug, actually talked me into buying a less expensive TV than what I was going to buy. He was more concerned with how the TV was going to be used and where it was going to be located. He saved me around $1000.00. Later, I used that saving to upgrade my audio equipment, again using Doug. I love my system and many are in awe when they come over to experience my home theatre system. Will never go anywhere else.

  Audio Visions has a great line of products to choose from. More importantly, the Audio Visions team is extremely knowledgeable and are up-to-date on the latest technologies. Working with Doug was a great experience. He listens carefully to understand what you are looking for from a home theatre system, while asking the right questions to narrow down the different products that would best fit your needs. If you are like me, keeping up with the latest trends in technology can be very difficult, but what I found working with Doug, he does all the work for you and is an excellent guide in helping you sort through what it all means. I am very pleased with my home theatre system and highly recommend visiting Audio Visions. They are simply the best!
