Going into colossal cupcakes is an experience, from the door you are welcomed by a smell that draws you in. The variety of cupcakes that are offered is AMAZING! It’s almost impossible to choose from the cupcakes to cookies and even brownies. Staff and atmosphere is great. I highly recommend visiting

I've heard about Colossal Cupcakes a few different times, so I finally decided to stop in. The staff was great, very friendly, and welcoming. The choices of cupcakes seemed endless also, I had the "Strawberry and Cream" cupcake and it was amazing! I'm highly impressed and will be recommending this place to friends.

Cute little shop with SO MANY varieties to choose from! I chose the classic PB&J peanut butter cream and filled with strawberry jelly they get so creative. Delicious and a convenient date stop

Just wanted to say that I was so impressed on the cotton candy cupcakes the flavor was amazing, and let me not forget about the cashiers they were happy campers as well. one thing I like is that when I go to buy anything the person taking care of me shows how much they like what they are doing and that’s what I felt that night and morning, because I did go both days on weekend before going back home,,, keep up the wonderful work.

what a great place! stumbled upon their instagram and had to stop in. the store in itself is so cute! the cupcakes don’t disappoint either. i purchased a six pack for the passing holiday thanks to their helpful staff and my family is now hooked! currently loving their hot cocoa flavored cupcake. they’re a must have!

The cake is extremely dry. I've stopped going there for myself but today was Bosses day and they are close to my office. The front door was blocked by a man painting the entrance, which is acceptable, however when I tried to enter their side door I was stopped by an extremely rude employee and told I could not come in. They have lost my business and I will tell as many people as possible about my experiences there.

We had an unpleasant experience here. My 4 year old daughter wanted ice cream on our way home from dinner and so we stopped in here. The staff wasn't friendly and when we inquired about ice cream flavors, I received a short reply of "just vanilla and chocolate". So I asked for the smallest size clearly ordering for my young daughter. The clerk said, that'll be $2, and then asked whether I wanted a dish or a cone and when my daughter replied dish, she said, that'll be $4.because the cone/dish price is differentand handed us a giant dish of ice cream, when clearly I had asked for a baby size. I would think that they could just put the baby size amount of ice cream in the dish for the same prices, like most ice cream stands. When we inquired, we got a short and curt response to the prices.a pretty sour end to the evening.

We were exited at how cute this place was on the inside and the presentation of the cupcakes in the glass. But we were disappointed in the taste. The cupcakes tasted dry and stale, the icing was super sweet. I couldn't tell if this was an old, stale cupcake or just bad baking. Either way I won't ever go back!

Amazing cupcakes and great customer service every single time I'm there! Definitely my favorite sweet tooth spot in Cleveland and would recommend for anyone in the mood for wonderful desert. The cakeshakes are always a favorite for my friends and I when we want to splurge on a sweet treat but I'll never pass up an opportunity for one of Colossal cupcakes any day!

This afternoon after being at Rainbows and Babies with my 3 year old son we stopped here before going home. I'll give the place this, it is cute on the inside the cupcakes do look delicious but they were very dry except for the Strawberry Champagne I had. And the frosting gave me a stomach ache. It made me feel like I was the toddler! Please don't waste your money on these.

The icing is terrible and the cake of the cupcake is just ok. Not worth the price or fighting downtown traffic, you can make better cupcakes at home.

My husband took me out to the Crocker Park location this past Sunday to celebrate my belated birthday. I was so excited to try this place. First off their website shows more variety of flavors then they actually had. We got a total of 3 cupcakes. The cupcakes were disgusting and dry like the Sahara desert. We opted to throw them in the garbage . I wouldn't even feed them to my dog. I will stick with Campbell's Sweet Factory when I'm craving a delicious cupcake. Wish I could give them a zero.

First time here and not dissapointed. The service is great with friendly staff. The choices are amazing and the ability to make a milkshake out of anything is amazing! I highly recommend anyone give this place a try!

Decent place to cure a sweet tooth. More of a pay and grab than a place to sit and enjoy. The staff is always friendly though, and cupcakes are delicious.
