  Our tour guide- wish I remembered her name -was condescending and rude. Would not recommend. This experience does not make me want to renew my girl scout membership. Also tours are once an hour, so if you just drop by, timing probably won't work out.

  Great and very interesting tour. They'll be aware that this is a Girl Scout thing and there will be a bunch of small children on your tour. If you were or have any interest in the Girl Scouts definitely interesting but that is the focus of the tour.
  Tours are given every hour at about a quarter past, make a reservation ahead of time in the summer

  Loved the amount of detail during the tour. It really brings the history and belief of Juliette alive. The girls learned more about the true meaning of Girl Scouts. Thank you

  I will be leaving my old review at the bottom for history.
  First off, thank you Girl Scouts for the addition of a page on your web site that clearly calls out the days you are closed including the 5K day, I have a feeling that this will be a huge help!
  
  We returned on 4/29/2017 and were able to visit the shop and tour the house.
  
  The Gift shop was really great and had just enough stuff so that you can get a reminder of your trip without having a bunch of stuff that you wouldn't be interested in.
  
  The House tour was wonderful and presented a lot of information about the founder of Girl Scouts along with a lot of Savannah history. I was quite surprised at the condition of the house, it was in excellent condition and it is hard to believe that thousands of people visit every year.
  
  All around this was a great historic site, not just for the Girl Scout history, but for the Savannah history as well.
  
  This is my old review, I might have been a bit harsh, but kudos to the Juliette Gordon Low Birthplace fro stepping up and making it so that others don't have to suffer my fate.
  
  Get it together Girl Scouts, I was there the day of some 5K road race on a Saturday when they were supposed to be open but nope, they were closed without even a sign or explanation I might add. I am not exaggerating when I say that in the few minuets I was there about thirty people stopped and said "Oh, there not open, too bad I wanted to see this." Among those people was a not too happy looking Girl Scout in uniform.
  
  I will edit this review if I ever get to actually see inside the place. You have a web site, and the ability to make signs you might have wanted to do that on 11/5/2016
