So the view is great off the patio. The food was good. Although I expected better bbq knowing they raved how good it was. The waiter was in training but did very well. Was attentive, made sure drinks were full. My only complaint was the bottles were sticky on the table as were the salt and pepper.

Chris and his team at Q on Bay catered my wedding on 10/28/17 at The Tabby Place. Chris is super fast to respond to emails and answered all questions I had. The food was amazing, fresh, hot and perfect for our wedding reception. Thank you for all of your hard work to make our wedding day perfect!

Came in sat at the bar and had a couple taps ,very nice beer selection. Ordered the fish tacos and they were delicious and also the white tiger wings were amazing.mac n cheese was dry. Bartender was friendly and helpful in what to order . Bathrooms were clean . Outdoor seating looked nice with good view. We would definitely come back!

Opted to chose this place over Plums as the line there was long and they could not easily accommodate a large party.
Indoor and outdoor seating. Service was friendly. However food service was slow. Overall, food was average and portions were smaller then I expected for the price.
This place was good but nothing special. I would eat again but would not go out of my way.response / report this review -

Definitely try the ribs! The establishment is very roomy. The outside seating has a good view. The service was great, no question about it.

Outdoor eating area has a beautiful view of the waterfront park and the Beaufort river. Never disappointed with the food except for the removal of their catfish from the menue. However the pulled pork is my other favorite.

OkayI'm from Texas. What that means is this review will be slightly biased toward my home state's signature dish. Their BBQ is average at best. I'm not sure what wood they use to smoke their meats but it leaves very little of the robust flavor I'm acquainted with. The menu does include some interesting dishes but I have to wonder why they'd make the brisket tacos with a standard corn taco shell like you'd get at taco bell. The portions are small, the prices are kinda high and the operation has rather lofty aspirations. If I were to completely uproot the establishment and somehow transport it to Austin County, Texas it might not stay in business long.
All that said, they do have a great bar with probably the largest selection of micro brews in all of Beaufort County. The staff is always awesome and the dining area itself is casual but fantastic. I do still enjoy coming as it is located near my house and I do like eating here despite my discerning taste for BBQ. Will you get better BBQ in Beaufort? Doubt it. So in spite of my three star rating, it's still worth the trip.response / report this review -

I visited for dinner and had the Shrimp & Grits. It was presented very nicely, but the taste was only fair. As someone else mentioned, portion size for all items is generally on the small side, but still relatively pricy. Our server was friendly, but service was not all that great. If you go, try to sit outdoors - an excellent view of the water.

We ate here during 4th of July weekend, and were pleasantly surprised at the service and food! There are indoor and outdoor seats available with live music played outside. I had the turkey melt which was really good, and my husband had the buffalo wings. He said they were the best wings he had ever eaten! We will eat here again when visiting Beaufort!

Great place to watch a game. Bar has two big screen TVs. There are also TVs around the place for viewing from tables. Best wings ever. Get the white tiger flavor. Awesome views of the Beaufort River and the riverfront park. Live music in the evenings. Its one of my favorite spots in Beaufort.

BBQ is good, beer selection is great. I like the BBQ but its not mind blowing. The back patio has a great view of the river across water front park. The craft beer selection is great. They have plenty to pick from with local breweries and some from other big craft breweries.

Great menu with plenty of options. The drink menu is extensive with beers but there is no cocktail menu. The bartender had this phenomenal homemade syrup he made into a cocktaildelish!!! The service is pretty slow but that could of been because of where we were sitting. Outside patio has a great view of the bay and I even caught dolphins going by at sunset. Parking is on the street so good luck.
