We needed to move quickly and Jubilee helped us do just that. We are happy with the care, attention and guidance we received.

If I could give more than 5 stars to Jubilee I would. Rob was outstanding! We contacted Jubilee later in the evening on a Friday. Rob responded in less than an hour and came out to see our place the next day. He was respectful, kind, honest and sensitive to our situation.
We did not want to sell our place but felt we had no choice. We bought on a short term finance with the intention of building a small home and having the current home demolished. We have been stuck in the permitting phase for over a year and our loan had come due. We tried several refinance options that did not work out. It would have been very easy for Rob to walk in and simply take advantage of our situation. He not only did not take advantage but he put us in touch with a lender that can help! Now we do not have to sell a place we planned on keeping for the rest of our lives! We are beyond grateful for his kindness and highly reccomomend Jubilee for anyone exploring selling as an option.response / report this review -

Rob and his team are a pleasure to work with. I feel like they truly care and want everyone to have success - not just their own bottom line. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family for fair, open communication and transparency.
