I was referred to JS Concrete by a close friend after complaining that for a year I had been calling around and could not find a company who would respond. They responded immediately and came out quickly to quote a fair price. I was having some other construction projects going on that they had to work around. They went above and beyond to work with their suppliers and their schedule to make sure it got done. I know my job was a hassle and it was super short notice but the customer service was amazing. There were several steps along the way that they could have taken short cuts - they WOULD NOT sacrifice the quality of their work to suit their convenience. They completely cleaned up after the job, even washed the road. Being a new homeowner navigating new construction and service companies, I was thoroughly impressed. I would not call anyone else!
