When I called Mary answered, she was very professional and understanding. She contacted Jeff who came by and checked out our garage door(s) after one of the tension springs broke. He laid out all the costs and differences (not trying to upsell, was very upfront and honest which is huge for me!) and then proceeded to do the work. All of this was done in about an hour upon arrival on a Saturday. Highly Highly recommend. They have my business forever.

Jeffrey was incredible! One of the springs on my garage door broke late last night. I called on my lunch break and he was at my front door by 6:15 PM. He gave a very thorough explanation of what needed attention and why. 90 minutes later, my garage door is functioning better than ever. Thank you so much! If I ever have concerns with my garage door in the future, I will be calling Badgerland!

Online appt. easily scheduled with less than 24 hrs notice. Jeffrey assessed the situation and provided options for us to consider. We were amazed at his prompt service. Repairs completed on the spot vs. having to wait 2 weeks for another company to even come. Efficient, courteous, professional, answered all our questions.

I’d give 6 stars if it was an option! Came home from vacation to a “jacked” garage door. Called Badgerland Garage Door and Jeff was here within an hour! Super helpful, honest, knowledgeable, and funny! (bonus).
I won’t go anywhere else. If you do, you’re a fool! Call Badgerland Garage door!

We are very happy with the quick repairs that where able to get done on such a short notice. We had a spring break late Friday night and had a hard time getting into our garage to get my wife’s vehicle out. I was able to easily contact Badgerland Garage Door services first thing on a Saturday morning and schedule an appointment that same day. Jeff Pinney was able to come out by 1:00 that afternoon and was able to let us know exactly what we needed within minutes. It felt like he just got there and was done in no time. Very happy with the work that was completed and glad it didn’t cost an arm and a leg for Saturday visit. Thank you again Badgerland Garage Door Services and Jeff Pinney. I will definitely be recommending you to anyone that needs any service needed.
