We had a water line break and needed help to clean up the area. They were very responsive and reacted quickly to get the area back to normal. Thankfully because of how quickly they were able to react we were able to reuse the area in 2 business days with minimal damage caused by the water. They came in every day to check the drying process. If we need mold removal we will definitely be looking into them for assistance. If we have another water line break they will be our first call behind a plumber.

Wall 2 Wall was awesome to work with.
If I had a question or needed something they took the time to help me out.
I had pretty extensive water damage in my house. They made sure to show me everything they found. They also took all of the pics and documented everything so they could deal with my insurance company directly so i wouldnt have to.
Their crews were also very nice and respectful. They also did a great job of cleaning up after themselves everyday.

We bought an older house last summer. Just after moving in, with everything still in boxes, we had a major water incident. The A/C backed up while we were gone over the weekend causing a ton of water to come through the kitchen ceiling. It was wet everywhere including behind the kitchen cabinets, in the walls, and under the tile.
Wall 2 Wall came in fast. They used their tools to track the spread of water in the walls and floors and found mold in several places. They also discovered that there was existing water damage and mold throughout the house due to previous plumbing problems.
They quickly and efficiently removed the damaged wall board, cabinets, and the flooring with water underneath, as well as the existing damage in the bathrooms. They killed the mold, dried out the water and even worked with our insurance company to help us get the whole thing covered.
The water and subsequent damage was a nightmare scenario but Wall 2 Wall made the removal and remediation process fast and easy. I’m forever grateful for their professionalism and kindness in our most chaotic moment.response / report this review -

Mitch and his employees did an excellent job of taking care of our mold problem in my parents house. The house had been sitting empty for several years mold had established a home. Mitch came in and looked it over made me feel less anxious than I had been. They removed and carried away all carpet, flooring and drapes that needed to be. Cleaned furniture that could be cleaned and carried out all that couldn’t. I was very pleased with their job and the cost. It past mold inspection. Mitch was great to work with.

These guys are great! Very nice, dependable and affordable! Services are quick and affordable! I’ll definitely use them again if I’m ever in need of their service, and I definitely recommend these guys to anyone!
