Chris, Blake, and AJ from Home Perfect all came into my home after my water heater busted and did their thing. They were all professional, prompt, did their job with cleanliness. Dried out the damage within 3 days making it possible for the drywall to be completed and the new water heater installation to be done quickly. Thanks to the owner Scott for working with me as well. This company was very responsive and always available for whatever questions we had. Steven was readily available when I had issues arise. Brad and Ryan are very knowledgeable and lines of communication were always open and were always kept in the loop during our process of dealing with this untimely issue. Home Perfect Restoration responded quickly when contacted. They evaluated the needed repairs, created a detailed estimate and provided it to my insurance company. As a result my insurance company paid the full amount of the estimate with no questions asked. My project supervisor, Rob Mittman, provided a timeline for each step in the repair process and consulted with me on the materials to be used to ensure my preferences were met. Although a major project of this magnitude can be quite stressful Rob and his team made it as easy as possible. I would definitely use Home Perfect Restoration again if I had a future problem, but I hope it doesn’t become necessary.

If you need assistance with mold damage and restoration, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Perfect Home Restoration!!! Professional, friendly, on time, reliable and courteous. Junior did the mold restoration for my Mother at her home in Temecula and it looks so beautiful! He was always on time, courteous, friendly, professional and always kept the work neat and clean.
