Awesome service, responded quickly to my broken down vehicle and the operator working had a good sense of humor. Almost felt like I’ve known him my whole life! Highly recommend.

Got my car towed to a body shop yesterday morning 8/15/2017 Gieco sent this tow service out and the guy tore the bumper off and did not even mention it to me. Use a company with a little more experience and decency. Trash company.

I'm writing this review about an incident that just occurred. On 1/17/17 my insurance called out Josh's auto and towing to tow my car to my home. I had thought it was having a mechanical issue but my finance company had shut it off because I was two weeks late on my payment. I did get that situation fixed and they turned it back on last night. Earlier the morning of the incident my son and I washed my car and it was in perfect cosmetic condition. I'm very particular about that car and take excellent care of it. It was towed after dark. Today when I went to drive it I saw my front bumper was cracked. I did not go outside yesterday so I didn't see it until this morning. Nothing major but to me it needs fixed because I'm picky over it. I pay a lot for this car. I called and was put on with the owner. He was very rude and tried to say I damaged it myself. He tried to say there is no way they did the damage. He even tried to say we had a lot of snow and maybe the snow hid it. Sir I don't drive crazy and did not damage my vechicle. Your tow guy did some way/some how. I take a ton of pictures of my car and baby the heck out of it. So long story short, even though I was extremely polite to this guy he hung up on me during me talking. I would not recommend this company not because of the damage, but because of the hostility the owner has over the situation.

BEWARE of this company. Terrible mechanics and rude customer service. I paid $1200 to fix overheating issue. When i got the car back, less than 45 minutes after driving it, it overheated again. Josh's quoted another $1000 plus dollars claiming it needed a new head gasket. Later changed story and said it needed a new motor. Fortunately I took it to another shop and they flushed the rust that was supposed to be done mandatory by josh's auto (but was not) and changed thermostat for less than $200. The car runs perfect now. Josh's would not stand by there work. I made a complaint with better business bureau. You can read full complaint there. Prices on invoice did not match on bill of sale, very fishy business. I just dont want this situation to happen to anyone else. It was all I could do just to pay the $1200 for a simple fix. Lesson learned.
