I went into Freeman’s with a simple Sub install in mind. Once I walked in I felt very welcomed. All of the employees are very friendly and they are very kind. Most definitely a place I recommend and will be returning back many times!

I have taken 2 of my vehicles to Freeman’s for different services, and would not think of going anywhere else. I had windows tinted on 2 different vehicles, remote starter installed, and rails put on my Durango. The work was better than perfect!!! The guys at Freeman’s are super knowledgeable and definitely customer friendly. They made excellent recommendations, and the pricing was worth every cent. Highly recommended!!!

Emailed Rich for an installation quote and he was very prompt to reply. We were able to get a same-day appointment, even though we couldn't arrive until late afternoon. Rich and his team were up front about a known issue with installing the equipment on my particular make and model, worked out several options to work around the issue and assured us there would be no hard feelings if we opted to cancel the install. We were pleased with the time and thought they put into helping us, their honesty, and their friendliness to us and to other customers who came and went while we were there. We even walked out a few bucks under the quote. I would definitely return to the Hickory Freeman's location and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

I wanted a factory security system installed on my Honda. I planned and saved for months to purchase the security system from the dealership. I called these guys and they said they could install the unit. I met with Jamie Spencer he was friendly and answered all the questions I had. He performed a neat, clean and professional job on my vehicle. I am extremely happy and would recommend Freeman Car Stereo to everyone.

Walked in not looking to purchase right then, was greeted by Jamie Spencer immediately. He asked for my budget and then immediately found a solution. I told him I would have to come back later for the install, but he said he could have it done in 15 minutes. 10 minutes later my truck is pulled back around and all set up! Highly recommend these guys!!!! 10/5 stars.

Rich and his crew are top shelf!! Great customer service and Great Quality of installation and great knowledge of products being sold. I’ve never work with a better Stereo shop!!! Would most definitely recommend to anyone! Pricing is also very reasonable!!

This location gave me a higher qoute than Cornelius. Had to call regional manager to get it straightened out. Customer service at this location is lacking. Quality of install was great though. Would probably go back if treated well when I called.

Great group of guys my number one place for car audio. Installs look amazing and very neat, I've had multiple cars worked on and alarms installed never have a problem with the staff or out of the installs. Staff is very helpful and informative, can't say enough about how helpful they are. Just a great bunch of guys.

I called the store, asking about potentially putting some subs and new speakers in. Rich gave me a time to come down, so i made the trip out one afternoon. Rich was super nice and explanatory to a guy like me who does not know much about audio. He worked with me to show me several different options, with varying price points. I went ahead and got the new touch screen head unit in that night, and then made the trip back down 2 weeks later to finish it up. All the staff were great, and even stayed after hours to fix everything up for me, free of charge. Super impressed. Couldnt have asked for a better experience. Everything sounds amazing and I could not be happier. If I ever need more work done, I am absolutely making the trip back down. Highly recommended, 5 stars.
