Service was excellent very friendly and promptI can't remember his name but soon as I walked in the service department he greeted me with a smile and took car of my car needs. I enjoyed the coffee and my daughter enjoyed the books and tv room.

Up front, Jones Chevrolet & Cadillac is our go-to for all our automotive sales and services. Our most recent visit was to replace worn fron't end tires and a 4-wheel alignment. Great service from entry to exit. Fixed two problems in timely matter on my vehicle. The shuttle driver Mr. Floyd has a great personality and socialable and offered ride to work or home as they worked on it.

My experience buying my Chevy Spark was awesome. Chris Hughes is my Salesperson. He has also become a good Christian friend. He was patient with this old lady and went over everything in the car and was sure I understood everything before I left the Dealership. He even helped me sell my car, as I didn't want to trade in. Anytime I go out to Jones Cadillac and he sees me, he wants to know how he an help me. Great place and good ole Sumter, S.C. People. Very Thankful for all of them!!

My credit isn't everything but when everyone else said no they said yes!!! Did everything over the computer and phone. Drove from columbia took a test drive, came back and signed my papers!! They had my car washed and waiting on me!! Was done in probably about 1 hour!!! My first time purchasing a brand spanking new car!!! I will definitely be back and refer others!! Great experience!! And Mike P. did and awesome job!!!

We was traveling to Florida and our def light came on and stayed on, we was there when they opened up on Thursday morning. They got us right in, was able to get it fixed. We was on our way by 12N. Super nice people. I Thank you so much! I highly recommend them! Brian and Yvette. LuAnn Grubb
