Fritter jalapeno poppers with strawberry compote was good. Had the Brisket Rubenyummy. Hubby had the Carnivore Platter and was very please. They brought us steak tips appetizer for first time visit thervery yummy!! We will be back!!! Swrvice was excellent and friendly ♡♡

Best BBQ in Shiawassee County! The service is always great when we go and the food is always fresh. They also have a great selection of beers on tap. The wait can be long during busy times, but that just means they are good. Also, you have to try their fries, they are delish!!

Regular this great place every Monday night! Hooch the bartender gives us a warm welcome week after week. Great drink choices and even better menu. Highly recommend.

First time here and the food was amazing. The service was even better. It's been a while since I have been to a place that was so family friendly. I had my 2 and 1 year old grandsons with me and the staff was interactive with them and helped out when we were getting ready to leave. We will be coming back.

Amazing food and service, had pulled pork and burnt ends. Loved it! Side salad and cornbread muffins are spectacular as well! Plus beer selection is out of this world! Must go!

Best bbq we have ever had. It was out first time dinning therethe waitress brought us burnt tips for free, they were out of this world. I had the smoked brisket for dinner. I would wait hours in line to have it again. The food and the service was out of this world. The owner, Kevin, made his rounds and got to know everyone on a personal level. I cannot wait until they open their branch location! Will return very soon!

One of the best meals that I've ever eaten. All of the dishes at the table looked amazing. The small touches, like the strawberry butter with the corn fritters, put everything over the top. I can't wait to go back. Highly recommended.

Awesome place to go if you want a good barbecue. Me and my girlfriend went for the first time today and because it was our first time they gave us a complementary skillet full of brisket tips. Delicious! The owner Kevin also came around to each table to make sure we had the best experience, on top of that, it was probably the best barbecue I've ever had! The experience didn't stop there, on our way out every staff member took the time to say goodbye to us. Will definitely be going back!

My wife and I have been here about 3 times now. The atmosphere is fun and the patio seating is quiet. They have wonderful appetizers. This time we had fried onion rings with fried mushrooms along with burnt ends in an iron skillet. They are amazing. We typically have smoked prime rib and bbq ribs but this time we both had burgers. I had the Beast. It is 4 times of cheese (American, Cheddar, Pepper Jack, and Swiss). The meats are brisket, bacon, ham followed by a thick juicy hamburger. The bun is amazing how it stays together even the next day. I couldn't eat it all (never happens).
And the wait was less than 15 minutes for dinner.

This smokehouse has delicious food, great service, a very nice atmosphere, and amazing decor. I recommend coming here if you enjoy grilled, barbequed food. The restaurant is very clean and the bathrooms always smell nice. They have -not from my taste- great beer, and an amazing selection. The menu, and I mean the whole menu, is delicious. The price for the appetizers is a little high, but the price is justified by the amazing flavor! My family will be coming back, and I recommend this place to anyone willing to try it! I guarantee you this: you will love it!!!

Was in town on business and was taken to Johnny V's. It was great. Great atmosphere, and they had some awesome food. The highlight to me was the brisket and sausage gumbo. that was awesome! I highly recommend this place.

FANTASIC FOOD! Mac and cheese isn't very good at most restaurants but this place has FANTABULOS Mac and cheese. They have really good food in general but I love the Mac and cheese. The staff and boss are SO friendly! Kevin, the owner, really takes time to talk to and learn about his usual and new customer! So the people are great! The food is great! The restaurant is amazing! Definitely a place to try out.

Wad able to experience this place with my wife for our anniversary, we both enjoyed it, the food was amazing and the service received was great as well. The owner of the establishment made it a point to greet people dining there making the experience more social and open which was nice compared to many restaurants that make you feel like you have to stay in your own "private public" bubble.
Back to the food, it was made to quality and tasted amazing, especially the signature fries. Nothing was overcooked or not enough, wasn't terribly hot (temp wise) but was delivered to you in time to not be eaten cold. The place was clean and tidy even though there were many people there which only showed the work of those waiting on the tables. The beer was very good as well.
