Beyond the sticker shock, my experience was comfortable. I was afforded a brand new replacement car while my car was being assessed and repaired. It was my first time working with Tasha Johnson, who replaced my previous service person Bryan Pullen. I was put in good hands. Tasha was pleasant and professional.

I have purchased 3 cars in as many years from Tom Muldoon at Al Serra, and I refuse to do business with any other company. He goes above and beyond in every single aspect of finding and securing the proper vehicle for your needs. There was a time when buying a vehicle was stressful, worrisome and difficult. Al Serra has thankfully empowered folks like Tom to make that a long dead memory. I know I sound like a commercial but every word I say is true. I can not say enough about this Tom and this company! 5 Stars (wish there were more to give)

I had an amazing experience here. I walked in, knew exactly what I was looking for, and didn’t get pressured into anything. Within 15 minutes I drove the car I ended up purchasing and already knew my approval. Scott was amazing and efficient, and I picked up my car the next day. Would definitely recommend this place! Great prices and great service!

Decent deals on new car purchases. Wouldn't recommend the service department. Said they needed 3hrs and over $300 to complete a simple service I had done elsewhere for $110 in one hour. :/ Do they all have to work from a single toolbox or something?

Al Serra has a great selection of new and used vehicles. Their associates are patient and very helpful in finding something that works for what you're looking for. They don't surprise you with extra fees when calculating your 'out-the-door' price like I came across at some other dealerships. They even delivered my car (an hour away) since I couldn't drive it home the day I signed the purchase agreement. I would absolutely recommend using Al Serra and I most definitely won't waste so much time looking at other dealerships in the future. Shout out to my salesman Greg Serges, Thank you!!

I purchased a used 2014 Ford focus from Chris @ Al Serra, Chris was very helpful in finding the right car for me. I took the car home and found a few issues after I purchased the vehicle, which were the 12v plug and auto start were not working. I was nervous that no one would be able to help me with this issue but after I was in contact with Mike the Sales Manager he right away wanted to find a solution to my problem. Mike came up with a solution and we found out my cars auto start was turned off in the settings and the 12v aux plug parts has to be ordered. You hear a lot about companies saying they are customer service oriented but Al Serra sets that bar very high!!

Best used car dealership out there!!! Great prices, great looking vehicles, great trade in prices. The salesman Brandon Peabody was awesome. The manager (I forgot his name) was so helpful, professional and courteous. I am telling anyone I know looking for a vehicle to go here. I am very happy with my car!

The cars move fast, so if you find something, you have to act quick. But with their great prices, it's understandable.

Our sales man was Chris Salter! Chris went above and beyond for us! Car shopping is usually stressful. Chris and the staff at Al Serra made this experience fun and easy. We were shown all of our options then left to choose what we wanted. There was absolutely no pressure! I really appreciate their honesty when we asked questions. By far the best experience I've ever had a dealership! Not only was the building well kept but the used cars even nicer then I was expecting. all of the sales men were wonderful! But Mr John P! He was by far the best. He so funny and was so nice and helpful! Did a mention funny! I will always be going back to him and to Al Serra. My family has been going to Al Serra for years now. Every car my parents have ever owned was from there. I've been a couple times to the new dealership and Robbie was always very helpful but this time I decided to go look at the used car dealership next door and Chris was the one that helped me find my dream vehicle. He was awesome and he made it very clear that he cared about me getting exactly what I wanted. He checked in with me a few different times to see how It was going with the credit union I was going through and was just all around helpful. I will never go anywhere else but Al Serra. Chris did an amazing job and I will for sure be back when I'm ready for a new car in the future.
