Cozy bar great food real people best karaoke in Benzie perch fish fry great selection of craft beer make this your date night dinner .or join the countless regulars who stop to have a cold one and catch up on the latest fishing hunting or trail conditions. Oh and the ribeye is second to none . The philly is the best this side of Philadelphia. My favorite the southwest chicken . Cant say enough about the amazing staff and owner . This place rocks

My wife and I stopped in on a Saturday evening. Nice and quiet at the time. I ordered the 14oz Rib-Eye and she ordered the Shrimp. Service was as could be expected. Not to much and not to little. We both had salads with our orders, they were iceberg lettuce as the norm for most bar/resturants. Mildly surprised when they said they have Italian dressing as an option (most resturants I frequent do not). The main course was well prepared, with the Rib-Eye being done medium to my specifications, and I enjoyed it throughly. The fried Shrimp my wife had (I sampled) were also done properly. We had fries with our order, that were also as could be expected. I also got a side of cooked carrots, that were also done quite well. In short, for the most part you won't be disappointed. It is standard bar fair with a touch of upgrade. The chef in back deserves a pat on the back. I hardly rate anything a five, because that would mean everything was perfect, and you'll most likely never get perfect anywhere. Ultimately, Jodi's is a nice little local pub and restaurant that is worth your time.

Smelt dinner is good. Food overall is good. Good spot for locals and visitors who like the rustic, Northern MI experience. Karaoke usually on weekends.

Nice staff and calm crowd. Karaoke was fun and did not have to wait on drinks. Middle aged patrons so no ruckus and not overly crowded, overall a pleasant place to take the wife for a few drinks on the weekend.
