  Reagan and his crew are simply among the best you will find in North MI (or anywhere). Glad to have known them for years. Proven integrity and quality. The customer's desires and best interest is truly their priority. Will always trust them with my vehicles.

  On our first trip to Michigan, just hours after we arrived, we hit a deer on the highway! The truck was no longer able to drive and we were stranded 13 hours away from home. We had an ordeal with our insurance company which caused a weeks delay. We were a week into our stay and my husband had to return for work in just two days and we still didn't have a car yet. Already knowing the garage had many other cars to service we didn't expect our car for another week. Precision Collision pulled it together for us and had our car done the very next day! The owner, having been stranded himself at one point, was so understanding of our situation and we couldn't be more grateful! What could have been very costly and troublesome with missed work and added hotel expenses was completely avoided because they worked hard to get us home! They even cleaned out our car so it was nice and fresh for the ride home! Fantastic service and quality work!

  First class, start to finish. Kudos to Chris, Body Shop manager for pulling it all together. Nice rental, perfect workmanship and a personal touch. Detailed my car, needed it.they care about customer satisfaction! Highly recommend.
