From Petoskey and was just passing thru. Was looking for a place to eat dinner so we googled "restaurants near me" and Lumberjacks came up on our search. We decided to stop in because we liked the menu they had on Google. We were so glad we stopped there. The food was GREAT and the employees were super friendly and inviting. We had the 1/2 lbs Patty Melt and the Chicago deep dishboth were super good. We recommend this place if you are looking for great food, friendly service and reasonable prices.

The food here will surprise you in a good way and the price is right. A local place where heads will turn wen you go in. I almost always order the special on the white board. The burgers and pizza are done right. One local brew on tap thank goodness. =)

From the outside it looks abandoned and run down, on the inside it's an old time bar but don't be fooled. The food is actually amazing for this bar and it's location.

I got there and had to wait 10 minutes to get sat at a dirty table, waited another 10 minutes until one of the girls from the back came out and wiped it down for me. Both bartenders were very inattentive. I asked one of them to take my order and she responded with "No I am not your server and walked away" i had to wait 15 minutes to order my appetizers, and another half hour after that to order my food. The waitress was very rude slamming my food on my table. The food was great but the front of house needs to get it together

This place is a local bar and grill. Nothing fancy, but clean and simple. My wife and I went there with a local person who had not been there in years. We ordered a supreme pizza and it was great. The local said that it was the best pizza in the area, and I thought so too. We ordered a super thin crust and it was crispy with a lot of cheese and full strips of bell pepper, and other ingredients. It was well worth the price.
