Great experience shopping, purchasing and receiving furniture. Jim and his staff were excellent, delivering a recliner as scheduled. Love their stock--we will definitely return! We also purchased an end table.

Had two bad experiences here. Everything is great until you try to arrange delivery or pick-up. Had issues both times, first time they sent the wrong piece of furniture. This time customer service was horrible. The staff was very rude and they didn't care about any future business so I don't intend to go back.

We recently visited this furniture store and received not only great service, but such kindness and courtesy. We purchased a recliner and bed and was told that the recliner was going on sale in two days so the sale price was honored so we would not have to come back and we were leaving town. Additionally, a piece of pottery that I planned to purchase was 'thrown in' as a house warming gift because we had just bought a cabin in the area. When asked if we could get the furniture delivered the next day as we were leaving we were told that the delivery people already had a full schedule, but then the next day we received a phone call that they were going to squeeze in our delivery. The accommodation and customer service was fantastic!!! I highly recommend this store not only for their ample stock, but their friendly and fantastic service.
