Wonderful slow trip down the river , wouldn't be afraid to take younger children . Most of the river was knee to waist deep , not a very strong current , with no rapids . All of the staff was very nice , ca t wait to take the trip again !!!

We love the scenery. We love the staff at the store and at the raft rentals, both on site of the campground. They offer a fire ring and a picnic table. Plan around that. The raft service offers a variety of trips for tube floating and canoes/kayaks. They will also carry you up as far as you care to go and drop you and your floats off for a small charge. Those guys are great! Well I hope that you'll go enjoy some time there soon.

Staff was friendly, attentive and helpful.especially John. He took time to talk to my Autistic son about all the critters that could be found in and along the river banks. We decided to canoe instead of tube.cuts trip time in half, and 1 1/2 hrs was just perfect for us!

Not really what I was hoping for, only had one bathroom and it needed cleaned. The field where we camped at could have been mowed, also it would have been nice to have walkways down to the river instead of having to cut a path.

Went on a two hour ride down river and had a very good time. The price was reasonable, the staff was attentive and helpful, and the river views were beautiful. Highly recommended!

We went this time last year there was 8 of us on a 3 day trip it was a great time the scenery was awesome deer all kinds of places to stop and fish we are going back next weekend for another 3 day trip the owner are good people ready for next weekend

Tubing with New River Outfitters was so fun and relaxing. We saw an osprey, Turk's Cap Lilies, and so many damsel flies! I will definitely do this again.
