I ordered bright yellow sunflowers in a bamboo box. They called and said they had no sunflowers and it would be next week before they would have any. I understand and I ask them to do something similar, equivalent for the same price, that was bright and colorful. They said sure and I'm thinking bright yellow lilies with maybe colorful wild flowers like what's on their website in the same bamboo box vase.
What she got wasn't even close. She got three pale pink roses, tiny white roses, pale pink carnations with a little white, purple and green fillers in a cheap glass vase. Not hardly worth the $75 I paid! I could have gotten better at Ingles for $20.
After getting the run around from the florist, having to call them twice, because the owner wouldn't call me as I requested, and having to rush to get there (he said they were closing at 4:30 even though their site says 5:00) they finally agreed to give us a refund. Not good when you send your wife flowers and she has to return them!response / report this review -
