I purchased a new Honda Odyssey from Champaign Honda BMW. I don’t typically enjoy the car search and haggling over priced. I was more than pleasantly surprised that I had none of it. Jonathan was our salesperson and by the end of the sale I felt like we had been friends for years. He is friendly and funny which is what helped make the experience so great and made the time go by fast. I will definitely be recommending not only the dealership but Jonathan as well in the future! Thanks for not only a painless but enjoyable car buying experience. Oh yea and I’m loving my new Odyssey.

We'd rank Quincy as one of the very best salesmen we have ever dealt with. We truly enjoyed every interaction we had with Quincy. His upbeat attitude made this reluctant car-buying couple actually feel good during our car search. He listened to our needs and wants, and followed up with email information, as promised, on our target vehicle, a CR-V. Before our test drive, he walked us around the vehicle, clearly demonstrating and explaining its physical assets, and he took the driver's seat first so he could do the same for the collision-avoidance and driver-assistance technologies, as well as other features. That meant when we took the wheel we understood the Honda features and how to use them. Even though we ended up not buying a Honda, Quincy was enthusiastic about our finding the perfect car for us, even though it wasn't his.

For the second time, Richard Medina arranged the lease of a Honda CR-V for me. His memory for details if incredible! He makes a point of really listening to his customers. When all was done, he programmed my personal preferences, remembering what I had selected for my previous car. It was a smooth experience, start to finish because Richard listens to his customers and remembers their answers. Thank you, Honda of Champaign, for the staff you select and the support you give them to help keep us safe on the road.

I wasn't having the best day car shopping elsewhere and honestly didn't think I was gonna be driving off the lot today with anything , I've got decent credit but didn't think that would help meso I went into Honda BMW of Champaign and met with a man named Quincy . Right away I felt positive vibes from him and everyone else working there . I then asked what I could get for the down payment that I had , and he showed a couple different options . And he was very honest and let me know anything that was wrong with each one . I knew right away I was where I needed to be and now the easy choice was to be made. What kind of style do I want ? Do I want a truck or car ? He then pointed me in the right direction and I decided on a convertible that drives and looks awesome. He Got me approved very quick and now I'm on the road .. thank you Quincy ! Happy customer here

Great experience dealing with everyone at Honda BMW Champaign! I worked with Richard Medina and had an outstanding experience. Everything was quick, efficient, and above all honest! I feel like I got an excellent deal on my car and will be happy to continue to use Honda Champaign for service in the future. I was very happy to find a dealer and a salesman that I felt would give me an honest and genuine assessment of the vehicles and my needs and can't say enough about the positive experience I have had at Honda Champaign. I will start with what's good. The BMW service department is top notch. Service manager Tod is an exceptional professional who has done this job for years. Him and the mechanics are helpful and competent. The bad: the sales department is atrocious. The BMW sales people are unprofessional and could care less whether you buy from them or not. The owner is a hands on type person and he is the source of the problems here. He thinks that because he sells BMWs that you should beg him to sell you a car. They will never go out of their way for you. They are rude, arrogant, and conceited. Their used car sales are a joke. They claim that they have non-negotiable prices because they price their cars fair and comparable to what other dealers charge for the same car. Yet the other dealers will work and negotiate with you. They have the same attitude with used cars as with new cars that they are doing you a favor by selling you a car. If you have a BMW take your car for service you will regret it but if you need to buy a car don't go to this place. I have two stars to this review because of the BMW service dept otherwise they deserve no stars

The team at Honda BMW of Champaign rock!! Very knowledgeable, great support, and not pushy. They will help you find the perfect car. Ben, the owner, is really great to work with and puts customer service first. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new or used car, and service for their vehicle. Another perk is they provide car washes for the lifetime ownership of your car. You can't go wrong with this local dealership :)

Being an out-of-state buyer it was a great experience to work with Ken Moerdyk from the beginning to when I picked up the car. I had the opportunity to meet the staff and they were all extremely helpful and experienced. Ken and Kyle took the time to walk me through all the features of the car and answered all my questions, Peter took care of financing. Would recommend this dealership hands down!

Honda of Champaign provides great service -- not just servicing my vehicle, but service in general. I had a long busy workday and completely forgot to get a shuttle to get my car before the office closed. A kind team of employees still at the facility organized and found my keys, and the owner personally picked me up from my office and took me to my car. I wouldn't have been able to make it through the weekend without their help. If you've got a Honda or BMW, definitely check these guys out! They also have great discounts and coupons!

Honda BMW of Champaign is an outstanding dealership. Steve Campbell sold my daughter a Honda Odyssey and took very good care of her. The buying experience was quick and with very little negotiating. The price on the Honda was a great deal. I would go out of my way to work with Steve and Honda BMW again.

Found a great deal online at Champaign Honda. Called and connected with Steve Campbell in sales. Steve described the vehicle and answered my questions. Later that day, Steve called me back with a solid price for my trade.
I drove down to Champaign and was pleased as there were no surprises! The car was great - as good as advertised! We are very happy to deal with the Champaign Honda team! Thanks Steve!!

I have been utilizing the BMW and Honda service department for over 11 years and have always had a very positive and professional level of service. Recently I had extensive collision repair done at this facility and am extremely pleased with the quality of work done. I highly recommend this facility for service. My advice is to call in advance, describe what is needed and ask them for an estimate of time and cost. Their courier service is very accommodating and the staff will make every effort to satisfy.

When I went in to buy my Volvo, I appreciated the honesty about the bugs that needed fixed. Most dealers would slap on a outrageous price for a vehicle like this, but I didn't even have to worry about negotiating as it was priced fairly well. I would recommend this dealer to anyone who's looking for a used or new car. Next time, I plan on getting something better, possibly a BMW.

I never recommned this dealer to anyone. bunch of rude people in the dealership. Being a BMW dealership, I expected some professionalism and style of communicating with their customers. don't expect that there. When you enter dealership they think that you went there for fun not to buy car. I had a BMW and gave servicing there. Worst mechanics. I know I had a problem with the car and gave for servicing. They told me it does not have problem. I took the car home. I noted the problem again and I had to bring back the car. They charged me lots of money to repair and they said warranty wont cover that. I wanted to buy a new car and thought of giving my old car for trade. They look at your car piece of junk even though its 4 years old and not many miles on car and make your car value way lower than real value. My suggestion, please avoid the dealership. Even if you go to the dealership don't expect much professionalism. Don't ever give your car for servicing. My sincere suggestion please don't ever go there. When I gave my car for servicing they kept my car for 2 days and they did not even give replacement car despite they charged me huge amounts for repair. I had to get a rental car for 2 days. I am totally mad and I wont look at that dealership or even go there again. Please look for other options to buy BMW in different dealerships in different places and don't ever give your car for servicing there. You will regret it.

Bought my first car (Honda) from here from Adam. Adam is such a great guy! He helped me through the process and was so patient and helpful. Very knowledgeable about the car. I could've asked him anything at any hour of the day and he'd get back to me. He also stayed late for me since I work everyday far away. The specific car actually had to come from a state away, but the crew had it so clean and presentable for me. I've had one oil change since, and the service was great. From whoever I spoke to on the phone to schedule to the shuttle guys to the employees making small talk with waiting customers.

Honda & BMW of Champaign is the best car dealership around! I have had work done on my previous vehicles and was always satisfied. I recently purchased my first new vehicle from them and could not be happier! All of their employees were extremely kind and knowledgeable. Dale made sure to answer all of my questions and was amazing to work with. I highly recommend checking them out if you're looking to purchase a new vehicle, you will not be disappointed!
