I would have given 5 stars, but we ran into a situation where our cat's eye needed immediate attention on a Saturday. I called and left a message. No one called back, so we took him to Bradley Animal Hospital. On Monday, they never returned a call to see if he was okay, or anything. This is where I have a problem. Your pet is a patient, and their vet should treat him as one. You have one job. Your name is Compassionate Care. Be compassionate. So instead of driving 5 miles to the vet, I'm driving 25 miles to someone who cares. Your pets are your family. Take them where they will be treated the way they should be treated.

Brought my 11yr old pup in for a mass removal after being to another office closer to my home, and let me tell you the 1 hour drive is 1,000% worth it. They made my girl and I relaxed and comfortable, giving her attention while talking to me and explaining everything. Other place just looked at her and talked at me. The vets, techs, and everyone there cares about your pet and their recovery. Absolutely in love and will gladly make the drive to see them.

The name says it all! Dr. Beth and her staff are compassionate with animals and people alike. They have gone above and beyond to make sure my pets received the best care possible! Dr. Beth has always taken the time to make sure I completely understood what the best care was for my pet and made sure that it was within my ability.

From routine care to emergency situations, the staff here have been absolutely amazing. I have had many different vets over the years, but never have I met such a wonderful, caring team. The location is great for rural west Kankakee area. They are timely, and reasonable in cost-highly recommend!

Between my pet cats and my cat rescue work, I've known a lot of vets in two states. I absolutely love this team. It's always great, for the patients, when a team is handpicked - as Dr. Beth's team has been. I'm beyond grateful for the care my emaciated/near-death lost siamese boy (with a compromised immune system) has received, and is receiving. He was missing 3 weeks in extreme conditions and would not be here today without caring community on the look-out, emergency services and his compassionate veterinary care! The best around. Thank you all!

I can not say enough how amazing Beth and her entire group working there is.
They all are so caring and love each and every animal that comes through their facility/home.
