This was not my normal dealership experience. The service desk staff was friendly and helpful. Gina took the time to listen to my issues and she responded quickly to my concerns. I took the vehicle in for extended warranty issues and did not feel like they were trying to find other things wrong with my car. The one thing they did find was not that major and was easily and inexpensively fixed. First time I have ever left a dealership service department for under $100 and with a smile.

I have never been one to take my car to get fixed. Ever. But these people are amazing, good-hearted, and kind. I took my car in to get a key cut and reprogrammed. Unfortunately, as it had other issues and had sat so long in the cold that it would not start. They took the car, then and there to replace the spark plugs and get it running for me. More than that, they washed it, filled the tires, and I'm not sure, but I think they fixed my driver's door, which was hanging a bit. Of course, I paid for this, but I think they went above and beyond. So next time something happens, I just might stop by and get it fixed here. And a shout out to Mandy for hanging in there with me.
