I’d give him 0 stars if I could. He’s a jerk and treats his employees terribly and then wonders why he can’t sell cars. Maybe it’s because you can’t keep an employee for over a month without chasing them away. Which takes away any possible future customers.

They always claim to not have any openings for an oil change but if you drive there they always seem to be able to get you in. If they can get out of work they will.

I don't even recommend a star. Bought a Chrysler 200, the day I drove it off the lot the motor on the car seat shorted so I took it back in they "fixed it" and it shorted a few times after that. I kept taking it back in telling then this keeps happeneing and the best thing they could do is giving me a % off the rate it'd be to get it fixed. Also not even driving my car for more than a month I had to get an oil change. If I'm not mistaken aren't dealerships THAT ARE GOOD give you a complimentary oil change for the first one? Then not even having my car for 6 months my wind shield wipers pump went out with 50,000 on the car. Never will I ever buy a car from this dealership, I wouldn't advise anyone to purchase a vehicle.

Bought a suv from here had it less than 3 months and have to have expensive parts fixed, i have to pay for it sence it isnt under warranty, my suv was a mess i had to clean it my self i guess if you cant afford a nice expensive car from there you dont get any of the perks like having it deatailed, or getting any thing fixed for free. Its a great place to go if you have lots of money and are wanting some thing brand spanking new..

Buyer beware!!!!!!!
Jim knox chysler dodge and jeep is in the shadey borderline evil practice known in the automotive world as shotgunning. This despicaple act that they practice, is where you fill out a credit app, and the forge your signature from one credit app and run it as many times as it takes before they get an loan appoval. And by that time rolls around you get a terrible rate. It was around 30% interest. You can take that 30% and shove it, that's so high its almost criminal. A month after I was shotgunned I found my dream truck. It was 08 cummins with a 6 speed manual crew cab, applied at my credit union and my loan officer said well your credit was good enough for a loan, the 11 credit inquiries dropped my score significantly. Now I can not get my loan, my dream truck sold, and Jim Knox him self said there is nothing he can do.
My advice as a consumer. Steer clear!!!!!response / report this review
