Not only does my car look like nothing happened after a door ding, but the customer service was very friendly and efficient. Plus I was pretty excited to have my car returned to me wayyyy cleaner than I dropped it off. Thanks!

I was pleased with my experience and felt comfortable with them working on my vehicle. There is a small staff, so sometimes you do have to wait, but their friendliness and knowledge made up for any wait. My car was fixed sooner than anticipated and they were very accommodating with my schedule of when I could pick up my car.

Stephen estimated the cost of removing scratches & repainting my front bumper. Suggested that I have my windshield replaced while the vehicle was at Auto Works. He researched to see if there would be extra cost if the windshield had to be calibrated. I contacted Safelite and it was done as agreed. This is my third visit. . Dennis Allison hand painted rock chips at no charge on a car I was selling. . asking that I pass it on. Stephen did everything he said he would do and my Suburban was cleaner then when I took it to the shop. Thank You so much, I will tell all my friends!

They do a professional job. My car is almost 8 years old. I was in an accident and my front end was taken off. When I got the car back it looked like a new car. They do great work.

I have taken two separate vehicles there due to accidents caused by other drivers spending over 17,000$ A 92' Turbo Widebody MR2, they were terrible at matching the cherry paint, also took in a 96' modified Civic and they did terrible work on my axle. POINT of story is my 96 Lexus LS400 tire went flat and drove to there shop just asking for them to air the tire up and help me get to work on time cuz I didn't have a jack and the tire was starting to come off the rim, they stated "we're not interested in helping u" Id highly recommend AutoCraft. Much more professional. I ended up driving down the road to jiffy lube and they fixed my tire and problem in under 10 minutes and didn't even charge me.. AutoWorks saying is they make friends by accident, truth is they make friends because insurance company's send u there They are a lazy unprofessional company that should be out of business within 5 years due to how well AutoCraft cares about there clients

Auto Works did a great job. I tore the bumper partially off my car and had to get it replaced. I got estimates from other places but Auto Works had the best price and the nicest people. Dennis and Chris were very nice and easy to work with. They even picked up my car then picked me up and took me to the shop when it was ready. I had it back in 2 days as promised and I am very happy with the quality of work. I would recommend them to anyone and will return if I have any more work that needs done. A+++
