I've been a loyal on-line shopper of Jensons for a while now, but this time I had the pleasure to visit the Corona store. I ordered a bike on-line, and had it shipped to the store. When I visited the store, there was another bike on display which made my heart beat extra fast. I was already picking up the bike, didn't want to make a fuss, so off I went w/my new bike, still thinking of this beauty on display. I wasn't 100% in love with the new bike so I took my chances and went to see if I could exchange it.

The service I received was second to none, I work in Customer Service and I know when a company puts their customers first.

All that is left to say is a huge Thank you to Jensons in Corona for facilitating me with my dream bike! The manager, and staff were top notch to deal with. In just 20 minutes, I was leaving the store happier than a kid in a candy store.

They are always at least 1 week out on anything that needs to be mechanically fixed, especially simple things. I have been told multiple times now to go to a specialized dealer to get simple things like spokes fixed. They have lost out on $100's from me.
