The check engine light on My Nissan Maxima which is still under warranty is on. I advised the service department I had it checked and reset (it was an oxygen sensor code). The light came back on please Fix it, don't just reset it. I was contacted by Mr. Ben saying it was fixed. The reprogrammed it. I asked him to fix it, resetting it will NOT fix it. The 2nd time driving my fairly new car since the service department "fixed it" my light is back on!! I have attempted to contact the manager of the service department 3 times but get placed on hold for lengthy amounts of time or get the voice mail. I spoke with a gentleman identifying himself as herb who hung up on me. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER DEALT WITH at a dealership!

"FALSE ADVERTISING" Had the particular Nissan "Titan XD" I had decided on and was/am going to purchase, and the last obstacle was finding the color I wanted. I could not find the specific color in my area so I searched all Nissan sites within 200-300 miles of my home. Came across Awesome Nissan, and they had the exact match/color I wanted, and a "great price too". There website also had in notation "price reduced $10,000". Great, so I contacted them to find out more details. I was told the internet price is what the truck was going for and yes it is still on the lot. Awesome, I have no problem driving the 200 miles to look at. I contacted the dealership 3 more times to make sure it was still available before I made my drive down and on the last call I asked, "are there any discrepancies with the truck as it was a bit cheaper than any other of that model on your site". The associate had to check and called me back in 5 minutes, and said, "yes, there was a discrepancy with the internet price". Apparently the dealership added a lift kit and now the price is $13,000 more than the original website asking price. A $13,000 LIFT KIT??!! The site now shows the inflated new price but no updated pictures of this top of the line lift kit. This place is a scam, and baiting customers with false internet prices! The only reason I give them a 2 "poor" star rating and not a 1 star, is that the associate did tell me about this before I made the 200 mile drive down to them. There lose, as I am a serious buyer, have the money in hand, and some other dealership is going to get them a possible lifetime customer.

Got a versa note. Battery died the first day. They came quickly, drove me back to the office . Put a new battery in my car and wished me well. Then the light came on for tires. Went back , they explained to me why . It's weather changes. Great service

SHADY!.Had vehicle listed for $35,900 on Cargurus and Truecar and their own website. In the fine print on their website, it reads price is with $2000 down or trade-in. Same fine print was not on the other 2 sites. In other words, the listed price was only if you put $2000 down. I should have paid more attention to recent reviews. Called the dealership the evening before we went to look at the vehicle, but nobody ever answered the phone. Had a very difficult time getting someone to return my call the next day when I called. Drove an hour there, then an hour back home. Complete waste of time. Do Not Go Here!

Purchase a Nissan rogue lease here and I was supposed to receive my first oil and maintenance check free. Well that was another LIE, when I arrived I was told that I had 5,350 miles and I should have returned at 5000 now I have to pay $250 for the oil and maintenance. When I complained I was told I can get the oil change free but the "inspection" was extra. I stated it's a lease and I always received a diagnostic with my previous vehicles (infinity, Honda, audi) to know if my vehicle is in good working condition. They stated the inspection is $250. Really???!!! When I finally agreed to get the oil change. They stated the mechanics were leaving in 1hr and I have to schedule an appointment. But if I would have paid I'm sure they would jump to help. I went to another Nissan dealership and it was a completely different experience I paid $40 for the oil and filter change and they ran a diagnostic with no issues. I DIDN'T even purchase the vehicle from them and received better service. IF THERE WAS A "0" STAR RATING I WOULD GLADLY RANK THEM. once this lease is up I will never purchase anything from this dealership.

This service department is horrible! My car had recalled airbags, which can kill you, and they tried to reschedule my appointment because they didn't want to do the work. I drove two hours to get there! Then they decided to take my car in and when I arrived at the location the two representatives were talking about their personal lives and I guess because they were white men it was okay for them to ignore me waiting in line for almost five minutes! Then when the gentleman Thomas Beck asked me if I need help after his conversation was over. I replied "Yes, I need service", which was why I was in line after all (this should have been self explanatory: who stands in a line for five minutes for no reason?!)

The service department told me my wait would be 1 1/2 hours and I arrived at 2:20 and didn't leave until 5pm; due to them not completing the work and trying to send me home with only half of the Schduled service done! I had to wait an additional hour because they forgot to finished the service? Has anyone ever heard of this ridiculous behavior before at a dealership?! These people need to need to be replaced. This company is the worst. Ive never been treated so bad anywhere I've shopped. These racist people like Thomas and the other guys he works with have ruined Nissians reputation for me. If your not white don't come here unless you want to be treated like garbage! Proceed at your own risk!

ZERO STARS. These are bunch of liars and scammers. Sold me a 2016 Nissan Altima that had undisclosed frame damage and is not safe to drive. I have a report from an Insurance company that the car was totalled in March 2016. What a bunch of crooks. Now I am stuck with this POS junk.

I bought a cherokee with the deal that they would put larger tires on it. Waited 4 days for the car, went to pick it up and it had the same tires. Hadn't even been washed. I told them I wanted my trade in back. They told me I couldn't give it back because I signed the contract. They gave me the car one day after the 3 day bring it back promise they advertise. High pressure sales. Traded it for another car making an offer, but once the paperwork was done, they sold it to me at full price, which is my fault because I don't have experience in buying cars. Very shady, dishonest place. If you are a single female, either go somewhere else or take a man with you! I had been referred to them when they were Jenkins. Obviously it has changed in more ways than just the name.

When you are out of town for work it's always hard finding a reliable and expetional Nissan Dealership to take car of your vehicle needs. Jenkins Nissan of Brunswick went above and beyond my expectations! My Service Advisor Tim was fantastic. You can tell he cares about his profession and that his number one priority is the customer. Everyone I encountered at the dealership was very polite and professional! Thanks for the phenomenal service Tim and Jenkins Nissan of Brunswick staff!

Billy Tillman asked me a couple questions and then showed me the perfect car!
(Yes, he's that good!) He was patient, great listener and had a great sense of humor! Dylan Evans helped me program my car, maps of places to visit in the area, and made me comfortable with all the gadgets before I pulled away. I even got 'the bow' on my new Altima! ( for my Birthday)
The entire staff had a great upbeat vibe going! I'll be bringing the kids here for their first car!!
P.S. they worked magic in the back with my not so great credit! They can make it happen while looking out for your best interest😄

Dylan was an exceptional salesman, and an exceptional person! He took time to inquire about and understand my needs in a vehicle, and brought out the perfect choice for me. He kept my budgetary considerations in mind, and worked to get me the best deal possible - even with my less than perfect credit! I will definitely recommend Dylan and the team at Jenkins Nissan to my friends, and return to them when I need to purchase another vehicle!
