So I’ve been a customer with Golden Isles since 2014 when I bought my first bike. About 2 weeks ago we went in there to ask a question about the new anniversary edition Street Glide. The sales Representative Robert was more than helpfulas a matter of fact he is the MAN! I asked to see if he could find one and not only did he find one he had it shipped within the week! Needless to say I couldn’t be happier! Thank you to the sales manager too! Great staff, great people! Thank you!!!!

The GI HD service staff routinely exceed my expectations during service calls. From spotting issues I did not to suggestions for my particular bike. They couldn't do this if they didn't know me personally as a rider. I appreciate knowing my service department "has my back".

I am a long term customer and the service department has always exceeded my expectation. They also happily worked on my American Iron Horse Chopper and did a great job.

a. “When you go to Golden isle Harley they make you feel welcome and are never too busy to answer questions offer assistance or talk about what's new in the Harley scene. Unlike other Harley stores I've visited. They seem to ignore customers unless they are buying a new bike. Weather checking out the new models or just trying to decide on buying a new hat these people are honest and sincere and make you feel important. Thanks, Guys and Gals!”

It was the best . Customers service was great Kevin and Mike took great care of me i will send everyone i know that has a Harley Davidson there to get work on ir Buy a Bike. Thank you for taking care of me and my bike.

“Very friendly and knowledgeable staff that are eager to help their customers! I attended the customer appreciation day 4-22-2017. They served a great dinner with superb entertainment. I purchased parts and had a time! Wish they would do this 2 or 3 times a year.”

“Shopped all over Fl. clear to Ocala nd Southern Ga. all the way to Columbus. Brunswick once again proved to offer the absolute best bang for the buck!. The whole staff were nothing less than top shelf professional throughout the purchase but also gracefully conducted themselves in a manner that gave me complete confidence that I had made the right decision. Just wish all major purchases in life could so enjoyable. ”

Teresa, Brenda, and Mary all assisted me in my recent visit to Golden Isles HD. One helped me find what I was looking for, one brought me another size and one went in the back to look for another size. They also told me about shopping online. Helpful and knowledgeable.”

“Tony in sales was very easy to work with when I purchased my new bike. Service department walked me thru all the new technology that came with my purchase. They have continued to stay in touch to make sure all is well after the sale. I will continue to send friends there and my next upgrade will be with Golden Isles.”

“I've made multiple trips to Golden Isles Harley-Davidson for maintenance parts and accessories over the years. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful. My personal extra bonus is taking a cruise to and around the islands to round out my day after getting my goods.”
