Always a great experience. Greeted by Kyle when I arrived. He has a great personality and awesome customer service skills. He got me in and out. Made sure any questions I had were answered. Everyone there was great.

i been to 4 other dealerships before i stopped here at Dan Vaden chevrolet in Brunswick. the service i received from Charles Ford was beyond amazing.i would recommend him to all my friends and family and anyone else that is in the market to purchase a new or used vehicle.
when i got to the dealership he greeted me with a warm welcome, then he ask questions to find out what my needs were.he went over and beyond to put me in the car that i really wanted. he made my car buying experience very easy and comfortable. he was very patient and took his time with me and went over every detail of the vehicle.unlike other car salesmen that i dealt with ,Charles Ford wasn't pushy or trying to put me in and sell me every car on the lot..i really appreciate his honesty. charles Ford a real man of character & integrity. thanks for making my car buying experience great.response / report this review -

Great meet and greet. Great with getting exactly what I wanted not pushy on anything I didn't want. Kept working hard to get me the payment I was comfortable with. Great guy gonna give you nothing but a satisfying experience. Remember this name CHARLES FORD Dan Vaden of Brunswick GA if you want the best service,car, monthly payment, and want to leave in a timely manor. He not gonna B.S. you around like everyone else.

I'm very disappointed with this place. I have bought several vehicles here an the garage service has gone down the tubes. Every time I come there for my annual oil change theres new people in here or theres only one or two mechanics working an there slow as hell. Or there trying to sell ya something you dont want or need. I scheduled my oil change a week in advance an drove from another state an had to wait almost 3 hours. As a matter if fact everyone that day was irritated with them. One lady told me she had been there since the garage opened an still there an that was four o'clock. An there were others that were upset. I walked back to look several times an the service man in the office looked so over whelmed only two person working in there an more vehicles then they could get to. The lady that answers the phone set my appt an said my car was still under warranty for my oil change an rotation. Then after I'm stitting there a while the man comes an tells me the oil change an tire rotation will cost me $60.00 gee I could have gone to the jiffy lube an had that all done for half the price. Yeah They also make some cars with parts you can only buy there with a bigger cost. Hey after a year of owning my Chevy my fuel pump went out an then a whole host of recalls. An they give ya batteries that only last a year. An cheap tires.. What's happening with cars today..I only went there as I had a warranty for free oil changes an rotations. But if she had told me on the phone it expired I would have canceled my appt. Likely I got suckered in. Yes I'm upset. It's hard to trust places like this any more. Makes me want to go to school an become a mechanic so I can work on it myself. lol!
