We have bought all our cars there. Have made sure our kids bought their cars there, because we know they will take care of them not cheat them. Jerry the sales manager is awesome. Tim Moore is exceptional. He always listens and goes the extra mile to help us.

Store is dirty; sales men are greedy and don't care what kind of debt they help you get into; they are extremely pushy and rush you through the buying process. If you find a car here, test drive it, leave and then negotiate everything through email and phone, even have them run your credit and give you a final percentage rate before going there to pick up your car because they will push you into something you cannot afford. I will never go there again and I don't recommend going there.

I bought a used car from JW FT in April '17. I am extremely pleased with the service and the support I got while buying my first car. A big and special shout-out to Tim Moore - he is an amazing salesman/expert. He made sure all my questions we answered and got the price/deal I was looking for. This was my first car, ever, in 25 years. I was extremely nervous and cautious of the dealership and everyone I was talking with. I waited a long time to write a review to make sure I was not being duped by giving a cheaper deal. Until now, the car is fantastic. Just want to thank the dealership and Tim! Keep up the good work!

Stanley Mann quickly responded to my online query as to whether or not a particular car was still available. Stanley was available when I visited the dealership and was quick to retrieve keys and allow us to take a leisurely test drive. The negotiating process was brief. It took multiple attempts to be permitted to take the car to our mechanic, which would take it away from the dealership, and, therefore, off the market for 4 days, but eventually it was ok'd. It was only agreed to by purchasing the car at the asking price, with the ability to return for a full refund, for up to 4 days. The asking price seemed reasonable, and the car checked out by our mechanic's standards, aside from dry rotted tires, that will need replaced before snow falls.I purchased the used vehicle and have high hopes that it will prove to be a good decision.

My wife and I were in the market for a new car and decided to go to Jeff Wyler in Ft. Thomas. Nelson Reyes was the salesman we talked to. He was very polite and listened to the needs we had. We tried out a couple vehicles and Nelson was very helpful when we had questions about each of them. My wife and I decided on the 2017 Dodge Journey. Again Nelson made the purchasing of the vehicle a pleasant experience and answered any questions that we had about financing and the lifetime warranty which we decided to buy. We was in the market of trading our truck in for something more efficient, we stopped by one evening and spoke with Jon Kolts and we looked at several different vehicles then drove home and slept on it. Spoke to Jon a couple of times over the phone and we decided to go make a decision. On Saturday after my husband got off work we drove up to the dealership and picked out the perfect vehicle. The staff was extremely friendly, while we was waiting to do paperwork our kids were becoming in patient so they offered them some pizza and that kept them happy till we left. I have already referred several of my friends to this dealership and sales rep.

I had to take my husbands truck in for a recall. The service department was so great. They kept me informed of what was going on and how long it would take. They were friendly, kind, respectful and professional. They gave me a print out of the work they did which made my husband happy. Just an all around great experience! Thank you so much! This is probably a strange review since I didn't purchase my car at this dealership. I was considering a Jeep Cherokee 4 x 4 with all the bells whistles but was also comparing a few other makes and models. Nate Hogel spent a good deal of time with me through email, telephone and in the showroom. He never pestered me but remained in touch, checking to see if I had made a decision or if I still had an interest in the Jeep. He was willing to answer any questions I had and offered me a fabulous price. In the end, I went with another vehicle and contacted Nate to advise him I was no longer searching for a new car. Rather than being abrupt or nasty, he was wonderful. Told me he appreciated me getting back with him, hoped I'd be happy with my new purchase and wished me the best of luck. He also thanked me for the opportunity to work with me. FAR DIFFERENT response than I received from another salesman at another dealership who spoke with me for about 20 minutes on the phone only and sent a few emails. Nate has class; the other salesman did not. I highly recommend Nate to anyone considering a Jeep, Dodge, Chrysler or Ram truck. He's a great guy.
