Smooth, low pressure. Aline Parsley (saleswoman) went above and beyond and felt more like a friend. She was easy going, and had or would find an answer. She would even help you out after a sale, should the issue arise. Maintenance guys, young Robert, and Brent were straight shooters. Grand design is a good product and they back up their promise with good service at Colerain. Call Aline for your next RV- I know we can’t say enough nice things about her!

Even though we are located in Scottsdale, AZ, we chose to buy our travel trailer for Colerain RV in Cincinnati. We first called Aline about a 1 year old TT that was priced very well. Unfortunately, that unit sold right away but Aline knew what we wanted and kept in touch with us. Eventually we got exactly what we wanted in a new unit at a very attractive price. We love it! Aline and the others at Colerain were extremely easy to communicate with and we would highly recommend them.

We bought our older pop up camper here about 2 years ago. We are from southern Indiana and just got back from Disney World with this camper! Since it was an older camper it had had some issues but they fixed everything before we drove it off the lot when we purchased it. They were not pushy to purchase something with a bigger price tag. I would definitely recommend this company.

I wanted to let you know of the EXCELLENT service I recently received. The service advisor and technician was in frequent contact with me with updates concerning the progress of my service. The work performed was exceptional. The technician provided quality workmanship with attention to detail ,and service advisor performed equally well keeping me updated on my service. The technician(Jim) and advisor(Kristi)showed true concern about my issue. Colerain RV went above and beyond for me, from sales to delivery and service! I have and will continue to recommend Colerain RV to friends and people we meet along our "camping" path. Again I want to say THANK YOU to all at Colerain RV for everything you have done for me! Thanks Paul ,Kristi and Jim for all you have done for me!!

After a two-week trek around the U.S. in our perfectly adequate (we thought) fifth-wheel, my husband and I decided it was probably time for an upgrade--that 6'2" middle son doesn't fit on those bunk beds any more, and his feet hang over the fold out sofa--right in front of the coffee pot). Aline met us when we came in and took us right to several great possibilities--we found the perfect new travel home right away. Aline did a great job of working with us to order a camper with the specifics we wanted, and was very patient with our impatience about its arrival!

We have made 2 purchases at Colerain RV now and both have been great! This last time we worked with Aline at the Cincinnati location and she was superb! She worked hard for us in terms of trade-in and purchase price and worked even harder to get us into our new Imagine quickly because she knew we had a fast approaching trip planned and she wanted us to be able to enjoy it in our new camper. She has a very positive/outgoing demeanor, yet is not pushy and will make your buying experience a pleasure. After the sale is typically where a good salesperson will fall short, not Aline, she has been in contact a couple times now to be sure we are 100% happy. My wife and I highly recommend both Colerain RV and Aline!!

Aline is the greatest. From answering all of our questions, looking at different manufacturers and layouts, trading in our camper, financing, and even rushing the service department to make sure we could use it over Memorial Day weekend. Can't say enough about how much of a pleasure it was to work with Aline and Colerain RV.

We LOVE Colerain RV, especially Aline Parsley! We have been planning and looking for our perfect camper for over 3 years. Aline has graciously looked at campers with us and talked with us on numerous occasions over the last few years. We were so happy to finally be able to tell her that NOW is our time! We love our Jayco trailer and can't wait to take it out for the first time to celebrate Father's Day weekend with our extended family! Of course, we have already tried it out in the driveway :) Aline was so helpful! She never made us feel bad for "just looking," and we never felt pressured to "buy now." We looked at other dealerships, but none ever gave us the feeling of security that Aline and Colerain did. We could have bought a trailer anywhere, but with Colerain, we know that we have good customer service. We feel confident being first-time trailer owners, because we know that we can go to Colerain with any questions or help that we might need as we start our new "glamping" journey. Thanks, Aline!

We had a tremendously positive experience with Colerain RV in Cincinnati, and in particular with our sales representative, Aline Parsley. Aline was always responsive and was extremely helpful in guiding us through the process of purchasing our first RV. We feel we got the best possible price on the model and options we wanted, our camper was delivered earlier than promised, installations on both our camper and tow vehicle were done quickly and professionally, and the Colerain staff patiently instructed us on the key features of our new RV on pick-up day. We are very pleased with our RV and with the service we received, and would highly recommend Colerain.

Working with Aline at Colerain RV has been a positive experience from the time we met at the Dayton RV show. Aline worked with us to get top dollar for our trade and updated us frequently until our new camper arrived. She had our camper front and center on the morning of pick-up and greeted us with a smile – she is truly excited about people making camping memories, not just making a sale. The entire staff at Colerain went above and beyond to assure that we had everything we needed and were comfortable with how to work every feature on the new camper. The walkthrough demonstration was thorough and very helpful! Happy to be part of the Colerain family!

We have owned our V-Lite trailer for five years. Two weeks ago, as we were breaking camp we noticed our power cord going into the camper had melted and there were burn marks on the receptacle. When we returned home I immediately contacted Colerain RV. I showed Greg in the service department the problem and explained it almost caught fire. He identified the problem and had me bring the camper in immediately due to the seriousness of the situation. Within two days, the problem was corrected and I would say it was fixed better than the way it came from the factory. We are extremely pleased with the way Colerain RV (Cincinnati) handled the issue. We will continue to do business with them.
