I came to Advantage Dermatology for my daughter's mole removal and biopsy which required MOHs certified surgeon. Dr. Perez and staff were extremely attentive and helped my daughter understand and feel comfortable with the procedure. We were extremely pleased with the result and follow up care questions were answered even a couple of weeks afterward. Highly recommend Advantage Dermatology.

This was a major disappointment. The place runs like an assembly line not a very smooth one. They dump you into a room and then forget which one they are supposed to go to next. I was left waiting for almost an hour past my appointment time without any updates. The PA-certified and her technician were not sincere in their apology. I was supposed to see Dr. Perez and never even met him. Each visit, I was passed on to a different PA- certified. While I was there, another patient was complaining about being passed to someone else. I was left with a scar that was much larger and more prominent than my original issue. This place is not what I expected and I would not recommend it.

If you are looking for an impersonal place that is more interested in collecting your money than providing care, this is your place. Not one of the people I dealt with ever introduced themselves or even seemed remotely pleasant. I have no idea whether the person who looked at the patch on my skin was a doctor or not. She never said. She simply looked and poked and only offered an opinion after I asked. "Pre-cancerous cells" was all she said. Well isn't that all cells! No suggestion for treatment or care. Just $300 for a waste of my time. -- R. Hays

Staff are super friendly. Dr Lopez and Dr woods are miracle workers. They are very friendly also. Very relaxed atmosphere. Bring a blanket or jacket when you visit. It is truly a great office. Everyone is very accommodating. Also, they have free WiFi lol. I recommend them to everyone.

No one answers the phone here and it's really frustrating that I have called 8 times, all of which say I'm the next call and the wait time is only 1 minuets but then it goes to voicemail. Absolutely ridiculous. I think I'm better off trying going to a different practice who will actually answer their phone and take the time to speak with me.

The staff was very kind and we were seen within a short period of time. Dr. Bernhardt is efficient, thorough, and immediately addressed/treated all concerns I had for both my son and I. 2 of my other family members will also be seeing them soon. The cost for me is out of pocket, and I can tell you that I felt it was a reasonable cost for such knowledge and quick treatment.

I was there for 2 1/2 hours a day after a holiday. I sat in a room for over an hour before my vital signs were taken. This was done right as the Dr was entering the room. I have never stayed in an office that long for being a new patient! The ball was dropped on this one! Never again!

Stupid long wait times! Expect to lose your entire day. 2+ hours without seeing a doctor. So far a nurse and assistant to Dr. have come in after 1.5 hour wait in waiting room. We are expecting to wait an additional 2 hours until done. My only question is how they have any patients. I'm ready to leave.

This office is not a professional place. I had to call four times before I could make an appointment because I was always transferred to the referral coordinator, who never answered the telephone. After I left messages, I had to wait for her to call me back, and too bad if I missed her call--then I had to call again to leave another message. When I finally got an appointment and went in, the staff members at the front desk were rude and would not return my driver's license and insurance card until the second time I asked for them. When I walked in on the first floor, a huge screen with a very loud volume was advertising their Cool Sculpting. It was surreal. I went up to the office on the second floor, which had extremely bright lights and resembled a cosmetics counter in a department store. I know with this kind of place that it's all about up-selling and not simply performing the needed services. I felt so uncomfortable with the lights, the noise, the crowd, and the rude people at the front desk that I canceled my appointment and left. I'll never go back to this place. It's Kubrickian.

Dr. Hoffman and Keisha are 5 out of 5 for me! I was considering changing to a different Dermatoligist before I met Dr. Hoffman. Not because the other Doc's are any less professional or qualified, they were just so busy, I felt that I my questions and concerns were not being met. Dr Hoffman and Keisha take the time to answer my questions and even try to help me find products and medications that better fit my budget

My daughter has reoccurring warts in her forehead. Dr. Bernheart is amazing bedside manner made me feel way more confident about what he was going to do vs my last dermatologist. Plus the office is super nice & the staff is wonderful!

Dr. Bernhardt is pleasant and knowledgeable.once you get to meet with him. Expect wait times of up to an hour before getting called, then another 15 to 20 minutes until you see the doctor. The last time I was there, it took nearly two hours and I did not even see the doctor I thought was going to perform the skin check.
