The entire place is PHENOMENAL! The environment is friendly. The staff is top notch as far as service goes, very friendly and always smiling. The food is to die for. Oh, and did I mention the gigantic pretzels and their wings!? Also a very great selection of alcohol! I absolutely recommend this to anyone looking for something new in the Milwaukee area!

My husband and I got room service from here while staying at the Brewhouse Inn. It was so good! We're not from Wisconsin, and we don't have cheese curds in Indiana (or at least not that I've seen!), so I had to try them while we were there! I don't know if they all taste this amazing, or it's something special about Jackson's, but Oh My Gosh!! So good!
Also the onion strings we're incredible!! If there was a restaurant near us that was this good, I'd weigh 500lbs!!

Neat location hip and trendy feel but the service was disinterested at best in serving me. Pricing is typical for the area. Nothing would bring me back in unless I happened to be staying at the attached hotel.

Nice place to hangout especially if you live/staying near the area (Westown) and/or plan on doing the brewery tour. The space is pretty big and so is their bar top accommodating, plenty of patrons. They have a full liquor bar, Craft beer on tap and a pretty good bottle beer selection and of course, well Pabst Blue Ribbon.

If you do not feel like the bar they have plenty of tabletop and dining style seating.

They also have some cool bar games in the back room just in case you want to miss things up. Service was pretty friendly, courteous professional and expedient.

I'm a big fan of the Cubano, The Prime and the Grilled Cheese BLT. All 3 are very solid choices and portions are large. The nachos are huge if you're just looking for a good group appetizer. They also have great wings and run a 60 cent wing special on Wednesdays. Mike Falk is a great chef.

If going to a brewer game, the Jackson's shuttle is one of the best in town as far as frequency. Jon is a great guy that will get you to a game safe and quickly.

We went because we had a "free beer" coupon after the Lakefront Brewery tour. The food was good and our server was very friendly. The atmosphere is pretty cool too!

Waiter cut me off in the middle of explaining my order after asking me to repeat it, didn't write anything down, and assured me he had it. Only 2 things were wrong This might have been fixed if I was ever asked if the food had come out correctly. Beyond that, it was easily the worst burger I've had here in Milwaukee - bland, bun soaked through with grease, stale veggies. It's an easy choice to avoid this place in the future.

I rate this place with 1 star because I had the worst experience with our waitress. Shaddira was our server and she needs some serious help with her customer service skills. After she delivered our drinks we told her we were ready to order our food, and she said okay I'll be right back. Well being right back was 15 minutes later, while the place wasn't busy at all. She never came back to our table to ask us how our food was, or if we needed anymore drinks. She got our order wrong. She then proceeded to give us our check while we were still eating, and came around several times while WE WERE STILL EATING to ask us if our check was all ready for her!

My husband and I had lunch here after we visited the Pabst Mansion, it was a short drive to get there. The restaurant is in the old Pabst Brewery Building. A short walk across the street you can go to the Pabst Brewery and take a tour. The food at the restaurant was good we had fried cheese curds for and appetizer and I had a flat bread margarita pizza.

I was there for my Stepson's Birthday Celebration and I found it to be a okay place since I do not drink. The appetizers that they served was very good and the atmosphere was more sports focus at the time. The behavior of the patrons was very good for a pub. The service was excellent.
