Professional service across the board. Nice atmosphere for a pre show dinner. Our dinners were enjoyable. A friend sent us there because she said the Christmas decorations were amazing. It was festive, to be sure, but amazing is probably pushing it. This place really had it's act together.

AMAZING. The food and service were outstanding!! And the decor is beautiful! The server and chef were very accommodating to my gluten free/dairy free restrictions and treated us so well which made for a wonderful dining experience. This Italian gives this restaurant two thumbs up!! Can't wait to go back!

Good food and very nice restaurant. They had good prices on high quality wines. However would talk too much and not leave us alone, which made the experience a bit less enjoyable.

My wife and I have eaten here many times and it has been great every time we come. As foodies we really enjoy the tasting menu. Its always unique and has great variety. Enjoying the wine tasting with the food tasting has also been very enjoyable for us both.

Whenever my husband and I are in Milwaukee we have to have dinner at Zarletti. The food is always amazing and in perfect portions too.

I worked in the building connected to Zarletti for a year, so it afforded plenty of time to scout the menu here. I'm not afraid to say it. (someone hold my hand, please.) I. Like. Zarletti. Lots of mid priced dishes in an atmosphere that suits dining with your boss or, like my most recent trip, drinking a huge pitcher (OK, fine. pitcher(s), would be more accurate) of mango Bellini with the girls. The bread is also something that this crab-fanatic looks forward to (screw that wheat bread!) requesting a second basket.

Good food, though I don't find many items I want to order. Outstanding service!

Good food, but what a dismal set of service standards. My family of four and my parents (aged 80+) arrived for our 5:30 reservation a few minutes late and were seated by 5:37. Then we were told in very clear terms by the hostess that we "needed to be gone" by 7:00, because another group had reserved a table at that time. Seriously? This after

    - we had waited outside for a valet for several minutes before my wife and 2 teenage sons entered the restaurant to see if there actually was a valet (answer: yes, but he's busy),
    - my sons had carefully escorted my father and mother from the car to the restaurant to help them through the door.
    - we had been told brusquely by a waiter to "hurry up" because it was cold outside. As if an explanation was needed, my wife had to explain that we understood that, what with the snow storm, and that my sons were helping their grandparents in. They're 84 years old for pete's sake!!!!

Of course, then we noticed everything the server did to get us out the door, like being served with no time between the salad and dinner plates; like offering dessert as my mother was still eating and then giving dessert menus to only 2 of the 6 people at the table; like bringing our coats out as we were still finishing up.

Honestly, what a buzz kill. When your kids don't know if they should order salad because they are afraid of taking too much time, you know there's a problem. Given the 18% required tip on a party of 6, I guess the restaurant got a pretty good deal.
