The rooms were called and in need of repair the door leak air around it heavily making the room a very cold room the ceiling tiles where in disarray not even in line very outdated needed some maintenance work done.
The bed was comfortable but the room was cold. Went down and check out the bar nice and neat orderly quiet this time of the year very nice little bar ordered something off the menu took a little while but the food was very good.response / report this review -

I'm in room 155. Room is great. The WiFi single is great. The restaurant is great. Huge servings. They accommodated me for early check inn. The only complaint I would have. Is bed was not comfy at all. Price was great. Another complaint would be. Lots of weird people stay here. But but a 2 star hotel it's worth it.

Rooms were relatively clean and staff at the front desk were very nice. Beds were not comfortable at all and shower looked like it had seen better days. Location is nice right off the highway but there are other hotels that would be better.

Drove up from South Carolina to visit family. We stayed 4 nights. It was very clean, staff was friendly. Ashley checked us in and checked us out and was extremely nice. Great customer service. Great stay for the price. Will definitely re-visit when we are in town.

Decent rates for an event weekend!!! Room was mostly clean with the exception of dirty cups still left in room mixed in with clean ones. Bed were neat and fresh. Pool was pretty nice and clean. Only major issue is that the security lock on my door was completely broken and door was mildly bent, should be replaced. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall experience was very good. Would return again.

In my opinion this is the best hotel for the price in Jackson. I would recommend getting a balcony room if you are a smoker and they have one available. The staff is good and friendly. Front desk is open 24/7 and sells odds and ends as well as snacks and drinks. The pool is also nice, only thing is in my opinion they aren't very pet friendly and if you do complain the owner always thinks it's because you want a refund or discount. I have stayed here many times and rarely had to complain about anything. So that's why I would give this hotel 4/5 stars.

When walking in, guests are met with the scent of stale cigarette smoke, which sets the tone for your entire stay. In my guest room we killed two insects crawling up the wall during our two night stay. Cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. Bed was very stiff. You get what you pay for at this establishment; I'd recommend you pay a few more bucks and stay somewhere else.

Does not even deserve a 1 star place was nasty workers was rude. I asked for a early check in online and on the phone and I get there and was turned away and then on top of that i come in at 3 pm and they had the room available for me to check in early. We get in the room and it was nasty. The toilet had pee on it and the Jacuzzi tub was disgusting it had red flakes and yellowish water. It was nasty.i had to clean the room myself.I will never stay here again or recommend. The owner did call and asked why we waited till we checked out to complain and I replied because I am allergic to most chemicals and that I wanted to make sure the room was clean to my satisfaction. He then accused me for me asking for a refund or a discount and I repeatedly said 3 time I do not want a refund and discount because I did stay in the room for 4 nights and I did not complain in the beginning. So he did offer a free night but I live 12hr away and will not be coming back anytime soon so he said he will send a gift card for a store. I was just trying to inform them the room was disgusting I never had sick horrible customer service do not stay here!!!!!!

We stayed in room 267. It was fairly quite for it being next to the freeway. The room was clean and well stocked. Overall, it was good.
