Worst motel ever! Super gross. Needs to be shut down.

If I could give a negative star I would. I travel and stay in many hotels year round. Many are Super 8 hotels.
This particular property lacks first and foremost in its customer care and service. The staff could care less about it's guests. We went thru a rude acting night clerk while making check in arrangements over the holiday weekend.
Then the rooms all heat is off so you walk into a frozennroom the sheets are not cleaned well, coffee service provided in rooms ,well mine was half missing. The complimentary soaps and shampoos well the shampoo had been used and put back for the next guest. The totals I can dry better with bounty paper towels than the ones provided. Just overall a horrible experience. Watched how the staff handled the unsatisfied guest I saw. They acted condescending to them. This property is a poor representation of Super 8 and Wyndham propertiesresponse / report this review -

This motel is as low grade as you can find! We stayed for work reasons. There's NO local TV channels for news, breakfast is free if you like waffles and raisin Bran with warm milk! The manager is VERY RUDE! The employees were SUPER helpful! The rooms were cleaned sufficiently, although, the garbage was not emptied and the coffee packets were not replaced each day. We went to the lobby desk to ask for coffee packets. For the money, it's at most a 2 star place to stay.

I didn't even get checked in. Arrived at 2am looking for a cheap room and shower. Night clerk told me 60 bucks plus another 30 because its past the "check in time." For that price I went and stayed at the Holiday inn. It was worth the piece of mind having a legit room and not having to worry about bed bugs, My vehicle being broken into or my credit card stolen.

Used our points, so it was free for the two nights, 1 star rating so where do I begin. Sheets were stained, but clean, pillows were 2onches thick and felt like they were 10 years old, chairs were stained and dirty, wood furniture is stained, dented old and grungy, carpet had iron burns into the carpet, if you like pictures of potatoes on the wall well this is the room for you, bathroom was clean and the water was hot. Towels were clean but rough, so don't get a sunburn and expect nice soft towels. Asked for more pillows but got the excuse that they were full and didn't have any more pillows. We'll I won't be staying here again anytime soon.

The place was quiet, but while trying to sleep I started itching around my neck area where the blanket rubbed my neck. I got up a few times to try to cool my neck off thinking I was allergic to the soap they washed the blanket in. Then upon waking up at 4 am I found bed bugs in the bed. Took them down to the night clerk so he could inform the manager. After checking out my neck kept itching and it kept spreading, now learned I was exposed to scabies. I will not be staying there again. The bedding wasn't that clean and the towels were full of stains, otherwise the room was okay.

I will never stay there again. My dad April 10 and I had to make arrangements to stay there Wednesday night for visitation and when I went to check in they told me I had to pay fee for early check-in because check-in is at 3pm. I was there at 2pm. The manager said I'm sorry that is the hotel policy and all the hotels around here do that. I'm sorry but they don't. I had to pay the fee because I didn't have to time to look for another hotel.

A family member and i have been staying here for a couple days now and i must say i am not impressed. We had gotten a room with 2 beds and have only been able to sleep on one. The reason for this is because i had ended up sitting on one of the beds for only an hour and a half only to find BUG BITES on my arms and legs. They do not wash their sheets properly (1st set of sheets we got - Blood Stains, 2nd set of sheets we got - Blood Stains and Holes). I took the sheets off one bed (due to the bugs) and found holes in the mattress. The manager argued with us about the mattress, blood and bug bites then decided to clean the room. We came back only to find (like i said before) blood stained and hole filled sheets. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone due to the RUDE hospitality and the unclean conditions.

I liked leaving When I arrived it took 45min at least while I waited for the front desk to clear up a payment problem with another guest, the problem wasn't with their equipmentthe guest just didn't have any moneymind you it is almost 1am by the time i get to my room and i arrived a little after 11:40pm. I finally get checked in because they didn't have my reservation when I arrived, i get to the room and go to the restroom only to find the bathroom door quite literally split in two. By this time i was just tired and really didn't care. The next day around 10am i woke to construction being done on the other side of the wall of my room this banging, sawing, and overall disturbing noise lasted until well after 5pm. The staff then called to ask if something in my bathroom was leaking, i proceeded to check and could find no leak but there was a considerable amount of water on the floor I informed the staff of this and quite delightfully they said "okay!" And hung up. I would like to say 5min later i hear someone opening the door to my room! I yelled obviously startled by the unannounced intrusion only to get to the door to find a team of people there quite literally 5 or morethe manager who never identified herself as such until i asked assumed that she was going to intimidate me and just walk in, she was poorly mistaken as i confronted herkeep in mind they are were wearing street clothes, not uniforms so all i really know is a random lady with a master​key is trying to get in my room. No warning was given that they were going to arrive they just popped up and tried to walk in. I will never stay here again the "manager" needs to find a different job it is quite obvious that she is not cut out for hospitality. I was an engineer for the Radisson and I can tell you that is not how you go about things and if I would have been in their positions and my boss was informed of behavior like this i can guarantee that i would have been teleported to whomever issues the pink slips. It was not safe on her behalf, i am currently going into law enforcement i was armed that day imagine if I had been ignorant, scary, and trigger happy. I will NEVER recommend this hotel and i will NEVER stay here again.i suggest you don't either. Almost forgotthe wifi sucks too kept cutting in and out and I don't know who they stole the pictures from that are posted but that is definitely not the place i stayed at​. I pray no one waste their money here go next door pay a bit more. Just go read the reviews i rolled the dice and i learned my lesson but this place is by far the worst i didn't expect the Trump tower but for a company to be endorsed by a major brand like Wyndham you would expect more for the money. This wasn't worth what they charge Wouldn't be worth it if it was free. Breakfastsucks and barely anything

This place is literally falling apart and the manager caught me on a half decent dayher husband or whomever he was even knew she was out of place hence why he tried to make me keep my cool. My husband and I have been staying here for a few days now and have been very happy with everything. The staff has been very nice and helpful. Everyone at the front desk has been so nice and caring. The rooms are big and clean. Housekeeping is great and thorough.
When we checked in, Manger was at the desk and she couldn't have been more helpful and kind.The breakfast was great.response / report this review
