Annual tradition since 2008. Hay ride, little Christmas store, petting "zoo". Trees are excellent quality and they do everything for you - wrapped and put on the roof of the SUV. Also annual picture of the fan in the sleigh!

AWFUL Rude People!! In the spirit of #shopsmallsaturday and keeping with many years of tradition we made our annual 40+ mile pilgrimage the Saturday after Thanksgiving to select our Christmas tree. As we have every year, we brought along a $5 coupon for those that traveled farther than 30 miles to get there. Keep in mind,they always post it on their website and that they have never asked for the coupon to be in print form (even though it has always been printed on it), nor have they ever asked for proof of distance traveled. After our adventure of scouting and selecting just the right tree (helped by the always friendly young men who assist), Todd made his way into the shop to complete our purchase (which is always twice the price of the big box stores for the same NC grown frasier firs). The girl at the register immediately said she would not honor the coupon because it has to be printed, to which Todd replied that in all the years we had been coming there they had always honored itthe girl then rolled her eyes back in her head and said "yeah, it's always been printed on there but this year we made it bigger" Todd told her this would be the last time we would come here and turned to me and said "I guess we will just have to go to WalMart and pay half the price for the same tree" He paid the $80+ bill and we went to the truck, tipped the young man who helped us and left. Todd called on the way home and asked to speak to a manager or owner. A person who said they were the owner came to the phone and Todd politely explained what had happened and the we would not be back to shop with themand that it was not about $5, it was about being loyal to a customer that has been loyal to you. The owner offered some lame explanation about "everybody's gotta a Iphone and they stand in line and pass it back and that's a bunch of crap"I kid you not, that is what they said. A few minutes later his phone rang, and the owner actually called him back to cuss him out for yelling at her daughter!! UNBELIEVABLE!!
He calmly responded that that was completely untrue and wished her Merry Christmas and hung up.

We enjoyed our trip to the Christmas Tree farm. Everyone was very helpful. Wide selection of trees.
