I've been to this location a few times and each experience proves to be more disappointing than the last. The young black woman working behind the counter in the hot deli section seems to have an aversion to eye contact and facing the person they are speaking to. When I asked if they had more of a certain item(which you'll have to do bc they never have anything stocked up) the woman mosied to back then came up front after a few minutes mumbling and chewing saying there was none.

I love Publix and their employees, however very recently this location has started to go down-hill. Particularly the hot food deli section (chicken fingers, etc.) it is continuously neglected and never fully stocked and they don't seem to have an agenda to replenish it anytime soon either. There are a couple of women also at the hot-deli section who are rude to customers- with the image Publix has to withhold staff hiring for this location should be taken more seriously I know this is an excepting liberal town but come on Publix.

It's worth going here for the sometimes higher prices then the near-bye Kroger. The wait is usually not bad to check out. The BOGO prices are often very useful. Their customer service is the best, especially their musically inclined employee.

Very good customer service, manager is very nice and accommodating. Products always quality, although my only complaint would be the sarcastic, arrogant guy who makes the subs, I asked if they put honey butter and heat pressed the subs (because they do that in Lakeland, Florida and in augusta) and he said no and was like how about this for pressed and squeezed my sandwhich. He could definitely be better but that's about it.

The manager was very understanding of an issue I had, and he reimbursed me the full price of an item even though he was under no obligation to do so. The staff were also very helpful and friendly. Great supermarket overall.
