This was a great place to eat..service was often slow ..But really good food. Too bad it didn't make it and closed.

Went there for lunch with a sister from church was okay but nothing to rave about a bit overpriced in my opinion for an Italian family style restaurant bill came out to forty three dollars from the lunch menu two entrees two Italian sodas was not overly impressive in flavor but you would have to see for self until then keep enjoying great food and dining for those who are passionate about it. Ps give it three out of five stars.

I've eaten here multiple times and the food is normally delicious, but I do believe I've just had the worst experience I've had in my entire life in a restaurant this evening. My party of three walked into a nearly empty restaurant at 7:45. The hostess spent around five minutes talking on the phone before acknowledging us. After being seated,. another 10-15 minutes passed until a waitress showed up at our table to take our drink and appetizer order. Ten more minutes passed before the three drinks were brought to our table. No appetizer or bread. After having to request the bread, we finally received our appetizer after spending 45 minutes in a nearly empty restaurant. The waitress did not give us any plates until we requested, since eating off of table napkins is not exactly ideal. Our main courses came around 30 minutes later with, guess what? No plates. We ordered Spicy Chicken Rigatoni, which was delicious as always, but our waitress NEVER ONCE refilled our drinks the entire time. The three of us, all drinking tea, finally settled for a refill from a pitcher of water another waitress just happened to pass by with. After we requested our check and to go boxes, which took another 10-15 minutes to arrive, we were not presented with a bag for our multiple boxes, nor was our check presented with a booklet and pen, just a slip of paper. All together, the food was fantastic, but the service was by far the worst I've had in my entire life. Moral of the story, if you come to Buca di Beppo and have Jas for your server, run. Run all the way across Macon, Ga, and you will still eat faster than you would have if she served you at this location.

We were there during lunch and were able to get the one table in the kitchen. It was an awesome experience. The food was excellent and the service was fantastic. Thank you Mary! The workers in the back would come by and stop during their busy run and see if we needed something or just stop to bring us something. Then dessert the Colossal Brownie.that was ordered.the whole table enjoyed itit was huge and delicious! We will definitely be going back.
