The hotel is clean and tidy. The employees were always friendly. 13.99 for breakfast buffet is not bad, i recommend it over the IHOP down the street. The gym is small but it does the job. The pool is nice but we never got to use it due to time constraints.

I was upgraded to corner suite which was nice! Huge and quiet best describes it. I was upset the coffee was not filled by housekeeping. 16 floors down and over to Starbucks. He was nice after I told him and he just gave it to me. Parking is interesting. It wasn't bad for the price.

Not perfect but good enough. We (family of 4) enjoyed 4 days here for Thanksgiving.
Pros: close to LAX; close to light rail; has good swimming pool and SPA, plus small gym; free breakfast to HHonor Gold member; good selection of breakfast; safe and quiet (at industrial area so no many people); free parking; free airport transportation.
Cons: close to LAX and light rail means some noise (but not much after 11 pm); free breakfast only available for two persons; have to drive quite a little bit for any attractions; not much to do nearby.
Overall I recommend for other people to stay.response / report this review -

Room was very nice with a couch and a desk, plus the usual amenities like a coffee maker. Parking lot filled up quickly but I was never without a spot. Near the airport and train! Good breakfast as well.

Hotel was great, very accommodating, and staff was professional. Excellent location and the poolside breakfast for the Jackson group started each day off to a great start. Thank you!

Great location, food and grocery store nearby a few minutes from greet beaches!! No complimentary breakfast but worth paying for the breakfast buffet food is very tasty. Staff was very friendly and pleasant for our entire trip would definitely recommend to anybody

Well kept and pleasant. Breakfast was tasty, although the service was just average. Made to order omelettes were very good and the cooks showed a genuine interest in making sure your order was correct. Rooms were clean and housekeeping staff was friendly.

The property is modern and well maintained. The bar and restaurant staff are attentive and competent. Other hotels near LAX are somewhat rundown; Hilton Garden LAX is not at all. We're very impressed.

The staff were all very courteous and friendly. My breakfast was delicious. My egg scramble was made perfectly to order. Wish the buffet were complimentary and I could make more than one trip. I took my meal to my room, regretted not getting a waffle but couldn't go back for one. The walls are thin, I could hear everything. The rooms were clean and everything was in working order (except my phone but probably needs a new battery). Overall, very pleased.

What a great hotel! Staff is super friendly and professional. Room was great, clean and quiet. Restaurant was very good as well. Food was good with very good service. Would definitely stay here again.

I liked my stay for my duration of my stay. Staff is great and outstanding. Breakfast is fantastic with made to order and as well as dinner. Will likely will stay here again next year for my work stay.
