Jabara's is the best place in Wichita for flooring. They have a HUGE selection and their prices always beat the big chain stores. The employees are always helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly!

We have done business with Jabara's in the past and were very pleased. Our last experience was vey disappointing. We were shocked to find out we could not make a return within 60 days as printed on the back of the invoice. The flooring we bought increased in price and is not currently stocked. Therefore, no return. Jabara's did compromise and gave us a refund less 20% restocking fee. That 20% cost Jabara's a loyal customer.

The guys were very friendly and helped us pick out carpet within an hour. We were even able to have an independent contractor who works with Jabara`s to have a quick install date! One other pro, the cost was half of what a local company would be able to do.

It was a unique experience for me, perhaps not for Jabara's. I have used them twice before, both with complete satisfaction and very easy. This time, I needed to have new carpet and pad placed on the stairway, and in the LR and BR downstairs as the "last" part of repairing earthquake and water damage in the finished basement. Little did I know that the basement leaking repairs I thought were solved a few months earlier would go on and on and on with the most recent spring rains, postponing the carpet installation again and again and again. It's now done and I love the carpet, it was special order; Jason and the installation team did a GREAT job. Because of all the delays, I was on a first name basis with Jackie and Pam in the scheduling office; I never had to say who was calling (for the next reschedule) they knew by my phone number. We had some good laughs. Can't recommend Jabara's or their staff any more positively! (I just trust that the basement is finally "waterproofed!" because I absolutely love the carpet.)

I wish we had looked at Jabara's first! We needed to get carpet installed quickly, but we couldn't find the type of carpet we liked in stock at any other carpet location (we looked at all the typical big retailers). We remembered hearing about Jabara's and stopped by. We were amazed at the selection of in-stock carpet, and there were multiple options we liked, and the prices were very good. They couldn't schedule our installation as quickly as we were hoping, so they put us in contact with two independent installers and we had the carpet installed within three days! On top of everything, we saved a significant amount of money compared to the other options we looked at! Sales people were all very helpful, and it was a great overall experience. Thank you, Jabara's!

My mom went here with a small budget to get carpet for her living room and they treated better than she could have ever expected. You don't need to look anywhere else because they have the best service, the widest variety of carpet and can even get you an installer. Thanks to Bill Benton for helping her. Great job guys!!!

Excellent place to get carpet from. We just got ours done about a month ago and they offered competitive prices and very helpful service. The salesperson who helped us was named Greg and he was the most patient and nice salesperson I've ever met! He never hesitated to answer the billions of questions I had and researched answers to any questions he didn't know the answers himself. Was a joy and hassle-free experience with him! And the best part was that he wasn't in the least pushy (100 billion points in his favor just for that!). They were also able to schedule in the work fairly quickly (the next week) and it took them a maximum of 2 hours to get it all done. They even took a small criticism I had (the work crew didn't clean up as well as they could have) very seriously and made sure to let their work crew know. I highly recommend them. We were originally going to get wood floors by them too but unfortunately they quoted a higher price than an alternate place and we were on a budget. But service and product wise, they were really really great!
