Our motorhome developed an exhaust leak somewhere around Denver Colorado. We called or stopped at no less than 24 muffler shop, RV repair shops and every place anyone recommended--only one place would even diagnose the problem and he couldn't fix it for two weeks. A very helpful clerk at O'Reilly's in Odessa called JR who told us to come right over. An hour later the problem was fixed at a reasonable price and we were back on the road. Travelled 500 miles today without rattles or exhaust fumes! Many thanks to these good folks!!!!

I have had my truck worked on here multiple times. Each time I have had nothing but a good experience. With the extensive repairs that have been required on my vehicle I was sure I would end up having to purchase a new one. They were able to handle all these repairs and get me back on the road with minimal down time and at a very reasonable cost. Good place, good people, good work!

Wouldn't trust him to fix a bike. What type of mechanic doesn't know the difference between a fixable car and a lost cause. My car broke down, desperate and clueless about cars, I managed to get it to the closest shop I could, and it was an $800 mistake. He said that he would have it fixed by the end of the day, I thought no problem. Around noon the NEXT DAY he told me that I blew a head gasket and my car is pretty much junk now. He had already put a new water pump and timing belts on. So not only is my car now sitting in a junk yard but I had to pay him over $800 on top of it for parts and labor.It would have been one thing if he had mentioned the odds of it actually running before he had done the work, but his ignorance and over confidence in his own ability's clouded his judgement. I would have been better off driving my car straight to a junk yard than to his shop. I would have saved $800.

Don't expect to have your vehicle properally diagnosed. I have used them multiple times every time a bad experience, just the last time my hub assembly needed to be replaced and I didn't know which side, they DIDNT diagnosed which side and replaced the drivers side and it was the passengers they charged me for the drivers side and the passengers side! It was their mistake not mine I lost money and I'll never go here again. They cost me more money all 3 times I went. Save yourself the trouble and find a better place to go.
