Lee Cruz in the parts department will go above and beyond for his clients. I called Lee for some touch up paint that is "virtually unavailable". I called a few other BMW stores that told me to pound sand. Thankfully, Lee told me to give him my contact number so he can call me back. As promised he called me back and explained that the color Im looking for is under a different code based on the type of car. If he took the time to sell me a $30 touch up paint I can imagine how effective he is when there is more parts and money involved !

Absolutely bad service, I dealt with Greenwich BMW for 1 year, I had to have all they work they did re-done, I am looking forward to bring them to court in NYS DMV , I sent over $11K with BMW of Greenwich and they DO NOT STAND BY THERE WORK.I will be posting may more post and pictures of there BAD work on my 2006 BMW 4.8is and the invoices and repairs I had to have done because of BMW OF Greenwich.. DON'T USE THEM THEY ONLY WON'T YOUR MONEY

Went to BMW today for a genius session with Zach. It was a great experience. He answered all of my questions and was very personable and patient. He went out of his way to provide additional information to facilitate use of some functions.
Zach is a great asset to Greenwich BMW.

I bought two BMW here past few years. They made me buy extra stuff something warranty for tires and little marks and scratch. I wanted to ask questions about it and called many times but no one called me back. They just want to sell the cars and don't care about after care.

We went to the BMW dealership today for a Genius session with Zach. He told us all about features available in the 750i xDrive. he spent a little over 30 minutes with us and knew the answer to every question we asked. BMW of Greenwich is lucky to have him. It was the best experience with any BMW dealership and associate we've ever had. Highly recommended.

The vehicles are amazing, the sales team is present but not invasive. On a whole, it is always a pleasant buying experience. The sales managers are always curious folks, however, everything always works out. My only complaint is, my license plates always come in late.

I'd like that I met a good seller as Michael! When I began to choose BMW for my wife, in the first time we came to BMW Greenwich and we met Michael who showed us car, it was beautiful car,but we diceded to think and went to other dealers. When we came back to Michael after two weeks this car was sold, but Michael could find a beautiful again car for my wife. For me, It was a good experience with other dealers after which I can say that Michael is the best seller! Thank you BMW Greenwich!
