I really can't say enough about the customer service experience and accommodations he provided. The car was 100% as advertised - it's flawless and incredibly fun to drive! What a great buying experience. My sales person, Ismail Ahmed, at Maserati was great to work with and my purchase exceeded my expectations. The CPO car was delivered in perfect condition. Driving 3.5 hours one way was worth the time!

Last month I was considering buying an Aston Martin. I took a quick trip to Miller Motorcars to get an in person look at the cars and spoke to Justin. He was very helpful and gave me all kinds of info. In the end, I bought a 2nd hand car from another dealer because I found the right color and options. Nonetheless, Justin continued to be helpful and even took time to show me color samples ( since photos online can be tricky). When my new car arrived, I took it Miller Motorcars and Justin took a look at it and gave me some tips and suggestions.

I recently bought a vehicle from Bentley Miller motors and I had Nick as my sales person who I must say it was exceptionally welcoming, he knew his job really well and has been very respectful and understanding of our needs.
He went out of his way to make this deal happen and to ensure that I was happy with what I was getting.
Even after selling the vehicle he’s been in constant touch just to check up on me and the vehicle.. I thank him for it and wish him all the success.

I recently bought a car from Miller Motors and my sales person was Ismail Ahmed. Ismail went above and beyond to help me buy the car that absolutely love. He is extremely friendly, honest and accommodating. He got the best deal and interest rate on my loan. I came to buy the car out of town and he made my trips to the dealership very efficient. He communicated with me every step of the way and was available 24/7. I would recommend Miller Motors to anyone for their exceptional service and accommodating staff. Plus they have the biggest collection of high end new and gently used high end luxury and performance cars. Even though I was interested in a Porsche, the showed me around and answered all my questions about a Ferrari I liked.

I am definitely buying my next car from Ismail. Thank you very much!!

I visited Miller Motorcars on my way home from picking up a new car. While I wasn't in the market for a new car when I was there, the staff was extremely friendly and even expressed interest in my new car. I visited the Alfa Romeo, Aston Martin, and Bugatti showrooms. A salesman at the Alfa showroom was very nice, VERY knowledgeable, and helpful. At the Bugatti showroom, there was actually a Bugatti tech from the factory, and he took the time to talk with me extensively about the new Chiron in mechanical, design, and brand terms. I was very impressed by him and his knowledge. My experience was also very pleasant in the Aston Martin showroom, the staff was friendly, low pressure, and were very accepting. After visiting Miller Motorcars, I was seriously considering adding a new Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio or perhaps an Aston Martin to the fleet, and due to my extremely positive experience at Miller Motorcars, I would go out of state to purchase from them should I decide to purchase a vehicle they stock.

I have owned several new and preowned high end sports and luxury cars having dealt with private owners and dealers all over the country.
I have never owned a Bentley and thought it might be smart to purchase a low mileage preowned example at the right price , drive it for a few months, decide if the Bentley was right for me before purchasing a new one. After searching throughout the country, Miller Motorcars presented a 2700 mile preowned Continental GT in a color combination and description that appealed to me and was located within a reasonable distance from my New Jersey location.
My contact at Miller was Bentley Sales Specialist Katie Koroleva. Of ourse, I fully expected the typical sales/Client conversation telling me about this particular car's attributes knowing full well that the sales story would be about 75% accurate and that of course I would have to see the car in person. I asked Ms. Koroleva questions about the car that only a car fanatic would ask. She answered every question with patience and professionalism seldom seen in the auto business including high end. I was sceptical but Katie was convincing enough to cause me to make a trip to Greenwich to view the car and corroborate her description. Having been through this procedure many times in the past I was stunned to find the Bentley as Katie had described, virtually perfect.
I bought the car.
My experience with Katie managing the purchase was flawless from the initial description, to the paperwork, to the preparation of the car, to the delivery in New Jersey.
In my opinion, Miller Motorcars gets it regarding dealing with Bentley customers evidence by their representative Katie Koroleva.

I have done business with the Ferrari dealership since Oct 2013 and have been consistently impressed with how I am treated, the professionalism of the staff, the vehicle service and the physical facilities. In late Oct of this year (2017) i did a trade in and purchased another Ferrari from Miller Motorcars, my sales professional was Robert Rizzoabsolutely the best car buying experience i have had (and there have been many). strongly recommend.

My experience which started with a phone call and led to the purchase/delivery of a car was exceptional with Eric Goldstein. I have been to many dealers and worked with countless sales representatives and this was the best experience I have had. He is very professional, honest and truly works to make the customer experience special. I could give number of examples but I will reference just a few. When I had specific questions about the car he took the time to find out the correct answer instead of guessing or making up an answer which many salespeople will do. Instead he took the time and effort to make sure he was right and that had the correct information so I could make my decision. If I asked him to find out more about a certain topic he would research or find an expert to talk to me. I would highly recommend Eric Goldstein and Miller Motorcars, excellent experience so far.

What a joke! Prices are absurdly high! The woman from their Aston Martin sales wanted me to leave a deposit on a car and was very elusive when it came to the condition of the car. All she kept saying is that the car was amazing and it was a no bullsh*t car (classy lady). When I asked her to email me the service history she said "no, all the documents would be shown upon delivery." Seriously!?! The woman was very rude and arrogant; claiming she wanted to earn my business rightI'll take my business elsewhere and you should too. If I could give no stars I would.

Katie is the best performance automobile sales professional ever!!!!
Not only did she look me in the eyes and told me what size tires the car had, without looking at the side wall. Her excitement with the product and all of the features that impressed her, was contagious!
If you ever have a chance to visit Miller Motor Cars in Greenwich, please ask for her!

Katie was my sales person. She is very knowledgeable and detail oriented. Katie is not a high pressure sales person. She did take the stress out of purchasing and Miller seems like a very professional operation. The service department seems to be excellent and I am very pleased.

I would like to thank and recognize Katie Koroleva for an outstanding job in buying my first Bentley. I originally went down to kill some time and try out the SUV Bentley because it is such a beautiful car.

I couldn't buy another car because I didn't have any additional garage space, but she did such a fabulous job explaining what a great car it was, that I was able to convince my wife to give up her Mercedes and get a Bentley.

My wife couldn't be happier and the best part of the story is I have a dear friend that has been in the auto biz for 50 years and he has had many dealerships. I let him drive the car and he said this is worth every penny you paid for it. That does not take away from the fact that Katie did such a wonderful job selling the car and servicing it.

I highly recommend Miller Motorcars and Katie Koroleva .

I want to thank Eric for all his help when I was shopping for an Alfa Romeo. He is honest, hard working, and was sensitive to all my needs and never pressured me or was at all intrusive. We purchased a new Levante from Alex at Maserati of Westport and the experience was terrific. Everyone was very nice and helpful and made sure the experience was comfortable and without pressure. Tons of follow up to ensure everything was going well. Car is great and plan to do all of the service there as well. Highly recommended!

What a great place to buy a car. My husband have bought two cars from Miller motor cars not only did we love our cars but we had great experience with the staff . They were very helpful and also very friendly. Our sales rep was Shima and we love him ! We will keep going back to Miller motor cars time and time again !
