After a horrible experience at another shop I took my bike to JP. The work was excellent and timely, a little pricy, but you get what you pay for. I wasn't sold anything I didn't need nor confounded with "gear" speak. What I especially appreciated was the detailed invoice identifying exactly the work done and parts used. There's no other place I'd take my bike. Thanks JP.
I recently purchased a BMW S1000rr from JP Superbikes and it was an exceptional experience. Not only was the bike in better condition than advertised, but John was very professional, knowledgeable and you can tell he is passionate about what he does. He gave me a very fair value on my trade in and provided an active delivery of my bike and followed up to make sure I was happy with everything. I would recommend anyone to buy a bike from JP Superbikes, I couldn't be happier with my experience.
Please do not go to this guy! Try to find a good mechanic, this guy is ridiculous! He will tell you one price then charge you a $1000 on top of that. Do not leave your credit card info on file.
Clean, organized, and well maintained shop. They are a little difficult to find tucked away But you will feel comfortable trusting them with the cleanliness of their shop.
JP Superbikes just finished installing upgrades to my new Honda F6B Goldwing, the work was neat, professional, on time and reliable. This is my third bike I have taken to JP for all kinds of services, installation of upgrades, etc., over 9 years dealing exclusively with them, and after many new tires, oil and filters, brake jobs, new installs, consultations on what the next bike should be, you name it, Jon at JP is always gracious with his time, and most important, always gets the job done right the first time. Highly recommend JP to anyone needing any kind of work on their bikes, you won't regret it.
Jon and Ben are great to deal with. Want straight talk, fair treatment, balanced advice with options for your choosing? Then go to JP SUPERBIKES.
I am a long time rider and current owner of three 5th Gen Honda VFRs. I know something about these bikes but rely on competent motorcycle techs for the heavy lifting. Having a problem with one in Florida recently I called Jon's shop. When I brought it in I offered Jon my Honda shop manual. But Jon put me at ease right away, saying "we have the Honda manual for your '01 VFR - we only use the factory manuals"
That sold me, but there's more. Needing an expensive part Jon was comfortable on both of us working on sourcing it. And when my source had the best price, Jon was not only happy about it, he congratulated my resourcefulness and contacts. This is s good shop, run by great guys. Try it. (BTW: I'm not related or paid just an Ohio guy down here to ride bikes in the winter. And now I'm a repeat customer as I just bought another VFR and Jon and Ben are doing the baseline service.)
I'm kind of blown away reading some of the negative reviews posted and can tell you from personal experience over the last 6 years that I have always trusted Jon and the work he and his crew have performed on my bikes. Work was done properly without any "upselling", and always polite, prompt and reasonable.
I have him my scooter, he charged me 326.00 got home two months later never got a chance to ride it. Today I decided to take it out, it doesn't work. I tried calling and no one returns my call, I'm calling the BBB and filing a complain. He took advantage of me, especially being a women
