Reggie took care of me the whole entire time he was very professional and not once I realized that he was paralyzed from the left arm and it was like he wasn't very professional the manager Brady was very professional to I enjoyed my visit and I will recommend a Toyota to everyone I know. I left Toyota for a few years and came back I've always liked and trusted Toyota vehicles they last a lifetime. I could never say that about my trade in which was a BMW. I was very satisfied with the money they gave me for my trade in. Thank you Toyota family

I had a great experience upgrading my lease with incentives from the end-of-the-year promotion. I did not feel pressured or expected to comply with aggressive sales tactics. I was asked about my needs, given options, and was made an offer that was agreeable. My sales representative, Ian Northup, was friendly, knowledgable, and very accommodating. Happy Toyota customer!

One of the most difficult things I have to do is car buying BUT my experience with Gettel, specifically Reginald (Reggie) Abraham was excellent! I wanted simply to comparison shop and he did a superb job of helping me. No pressure just help. I learned so much in a very short time. Unfortunately we chose not to buy but stay with our current car. I would definitely come here in future if opportunity occurs and recommend anyone looking to shop at Gettel.

The first word that comes to my mind is outstanding
They treated me with respect they were fair with their prices “no haggling no stress and they gave me an awesome awesome experience I left there feeling like $1 million got the price I want to for the car with their financing fantastic you won’t regret coming here they will take care of you I am very pleased with this dealership and will recommend them to everyone who is looking for a vehicle
I went to this location last night because I had been to 2 Toyota car dealers one at Germain Toyota in Naples and the other one was that auto nations in Fort Myers and had nothing but awful experience nothing but price haggling problems over charging ridiculous interest on financing they just started playing the game I really thought that those days we’re over . since it is so easy now to be able to do your research and find out what the prices of cars are going for on new and used cars
I couldn’t believe the way I was treated at the other car dealerships I’m a woman in my late 50s and I have bought plenty of cars throughout my life but I couldn’t get over how rude and ignorant they Were thinking that a customer has no common sense
I truly don’t understand how other dealerships can behave this way and think that the customer has no idea what’s going on that they’re going to push you into a car that you cannot afford and charge to outlandish interest rates
I don’t mean to be going on an on but I want to make it very clear this dealership by far is the best in the area if you were looking to purchase a new car or used car this is the place you wanna go they truly make the experience enjoyable I felt like $1 million when I left and I feel very grateful that I found themresponse / report this review -

The experience we had at Gettel Toyota was Awesome. We drove up there was someone asking how they can direct us and did not pressure us. The salesman Josh/Bridgett/Ian were all good answered all questions and got us what we needed. Also we were so taken back when the manager Brady came out and talked to us about prices to us and not behind closed doors. I would recommend Gettel Toyota to anyone. Thank you for a Great experience because buying a car is not real fun but you made it comfortable.

This was my first time buying a car and Ian Northup definitely made it a good experience. He was super helpful and answered all my questions. If he wasn't 100% sure on the answer, he made sure he found out for us. Buying a car was definitely stressful but I would recommend Ian because he was extremely patience with me through the whole process. Very happy with new truck!

5 stars for Izzy Torres and the team at Gettel Toyota. Great experience. They stayed after closing to make sure my daughter and I were happy with our purchase. Shannon, my service manager, was very friendly and attentive. I'll definitely request him again! Every employee I ran into acknowledged me, and I even saw one employee making and delivering popcorn to a waiting customer. Nice experience with the new ownership. I was impressed.

Being female and not very educated about cars, I was very skeptical when I came to the dealership. After speaking with Shannon Boots, I feel very informed and comfortable with all that they have done to my car. He was very thorough about the explanation and at the end of the conversation he even asked if I fully understood what is wrong with my car. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Thank you!!

Was greeted promptly by Shannon Boots. He registered our complaint with the vehicle. It was immediately taken to the service bay and we had a diagnosis within about 30 minutes. The technician showed us the problem. We were given an estimate of repairs. The part we needed was not in stock but was ordered and should be in tomorrow. All of this occurred in approximately an hour and a half. We we're very pleased with Shannon and the technician who worked with us.

My husband and I never owned a Toyota before. We went to Gettel Toyota just to look at a truck for my husband. I fell in love with the Sienna and we ended up buying a new Sienna and Tundra. Our salesman Reggie was so nice along with the entire staff. Matt the sales manager worked tirelessly with us until both deals were done and we were extremely happy. They had water to offer and a nice atmosphere. We are so happy with our purchases and feel we were treated so well by everyone. They make you feel important and now my husband and I fight over which vehicle to drive!
